I first saw Albert’s work from a friend’s wall and was impressed by his composition. We then hired him for our family/maternity shots (outdoor) and professional headshots (indoor). We were really happy with his work. He was: - on time. He arrived on time and delivered photos within two days. - professional. He kept checking the weather and recommended us the best time to take the shots. The lighting in our pictures were just beautiful. He also checked the places beforehand so he knew where to get the best shots. - thoughtful. He brought my three year old bubble wands. She could be entertained and also added some fun effects to our pictures. - patient. Our little one didn’t want to take pictures at all. What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
We believe a great way to take a great photography is to understand the nature of people/event being photographed and be able to turn a photo into a story. All the philosophy mentioned above are our unique ways to take such a photo.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Before starting a photography project, we always first communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and the process/logistics of the project in very details. With these, we are able to use our professional perspective to take shots that best represent the event and use story-telling approach to make photos most memorable.
What do you love most about your job?
I wasn’t born to be a professional photographer. Years ago, being a professional photographer was not in my career path at all. Like many others, it was just a hobby. As time goes by, the hobby has transferred to passion, and now it’s my daily life. The greatest enjoyment for the job is that I am able to help people preserve their moments, memories, loves, and stories.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was a cityscape, landscape, nature amateur photographer. In 2016, I started to submit my work to international photography contests and have been fortunate enough to be awarded in a number of contests. The rewarding achievements also encourage myself to go beyond amateur. I love my job and enjoy my ability of helping out people to capture their special moments.
