we wanted a taxi to take our son From Heathrow back to his brothers in Ely, after a flight from Toronto. There was a cancelled flight, a delay in the eventual flight, and problems at Heathrow. Through all this Alans Taxis were Fabulous, the lady at Alans was very obliging, and helpful, considering the airline problems, and kept us informed throughout. She even phoned to advise that the driver had located them and was on the way to Ely. Our son advised that the driver was friendly and very helpful.
