I have been with my current Employer for thirty four years,
I started at the bottom, and through my journey I have gained a wealth of experience in Food production, people management, C.I initiatives including 5 s , Lean management, Multi-skilling introduction, IOSH certificated.

In my early years I have had several years experience as a negotiator at a national level in many of the Trade union positions I held, Shop steward, Safety Representative, Chairman, Convenor.

I believe alot of this experience has helped me achieve success in my current position.
