Alan has been training myself and my wife for almost a year now. He is such a great caring guy who is so friendly, knowledgeable and professional in so many different aspects of health and fitness. He is flexible, genuine and a true gentleman. He is a friend to us now and we just cannot imagine ever not training with Alan. His prices are really fair and is worth every penny. Alan's wealth of knowledge is incredible. Alan is so much more than a personal trainer. He's more like holistic health and well-being coach. He has a wealth of knowledge about health related issues and well being and incorporates this into his exercise sessions and plans, as appropriate. He is personal, empathetic and really gets behind whatever it is that you're striving for, even if this means doing extra work or reading in his own time. I don't think I've ever met someone as passionate about their work, as Alan is. This is isn't just a job for him, it's his calling in life. My friends and I came in a little late but they were still there to serve us. They were super friendly and had very good sushi, the artwork and atmosphere was nice and they had this cool metallic painting of "The Wave" by Hokusai. Can't wait to come in next time to try their Ramen. More...

"Holistic" is such a tired old cliche... so is "person-centred"....... but that is what you get with Alan. Very knowledgable, across a wide range of approaches and techniques, I would be amazed if he was not able to help you reach your full potential regarding your fitness and wellbeing goals. I conduct a thorough and in-depth assessment and also approach all aspects of their lifestyle to ensure a complete and holistic approach to their fitness and health, This includes a sleep assessment, gut health questionnaire, emotional health, hormonal diagnosis and optimisation,adapting their program to allow for injuries and mobility issues and also nutrition support to ensure that they are fuelling their bodies with the very best nutrients to ensure health.
Most importantly I am supportive of them, ensuring that I am accessible to their questions and feedback.
