Alan Keith Entertainment really brought our wedding to the next level! Could not have been happier! We ordered cold sparks for our first dance and had smoke jets by the band for our “surprise” - pass out of light up cowboy hats and it was such a big hit thanks to them. Al and his staff were absolutely phenomenal at my daughter's sweet 16 celebration that hosted August 26th...not only was the music/dj-ing awesome, we also had the popcorn machine/maker that filled the air with deliciousness and the cotton candy bags were yummy! ! Al is a great guy. He tells you like it is. He works with you, makes his recommendations based on what you want, and from there he makes it work. He is big on getting organized leading up to the event but only because it makes everything flow better during the event. We requested and he came through with an LED wall, Photobooth, DJ services, Lighting, Clouds, and cold sparks to give us the visual effects we were looking for to make my niece's 18th birthday (debut) glamorous. I coordinated everything with him over the phone and we worked out the little details leading up to the event. He double checked a few days before and we finalized everything. I hired Alan Keith entertainment for my daughter's sweet 16 on April 22 2023 .Alan Keith and his team were amazing from start to finish. Great communication from the very beginning and throughout the process. The night of the party his team was there on time to set up just as expected. 1st with the cold sparks did an amazing job on the grand entrance of my daughter which set the tone for the night. Father/daughter dance with dancing on the clouds was so beautiful. Towards the end of the night the LED robot came out with lights and fire that the guest loved and still talking about. I am actually a friend, competitor, and collaborator of Alan Keith Entertainment. I have known him for 25 years. He has built a state of the art entertainment business. Don't believe me, take a look at his website, social media presence, and his glowing reviews. Now, please take note of the negative reviews in the month of Feb. 2019. How is it possible to go from 5 star to these trashy reviews in such a short time? It's not possible. Let me be as professional as I can. A "would be client" called Alan Keith Entertainment about a possible event, and wanted to know the cost of an added service. All entertainment companies ask pertinent questions about where, when, how many hours, etc., before we are able to give you an accurate estimate. This "would be client" did not like these questions, and had a fit, threaten to ruin him, and proceeded to do so. He has enlisted his "loving family" and "wonderful friends", to smear Alan Keith Entertainment with filthy reviews.I am particularly offended by the racist remark, because I'm African American. Whether this was a legitimate "would be client" or a "competitor" does not matter. Alan Keith Entertainment "NEVER" did any of these events, for any of these people.I felt it necessary to write this review, because they are trying to destroy a very successful business that he has taken years to build. He is taking steps to fix these lies, but as you may have guessed, it will take time. In the meantime, read all of the reviews, take a look at his website, and make your own judgement.Added on 2/19/19.Just an added note. As I have stated in another review, none of these "wonderful clients" can produce proof that Alan Keith Entertainment ever worked for them. They can't produce a date, time, venue, and especially a contract, for any of these reviews. I've known Alan Keith Entertainment for nearly 25 years. One of my first jobs was working for him and we've been close friends ever since. Over the years, I've seen him grow his business from a DJ company into the multi-faceted entertainment company that it is today. I know the pride that he takes in making sure each event goes off smoothly and that his customers have a great time and a memorable experience. I and my family have used his services many times over the years and he is the only entertainment company that I would recommend. Any prospective clients reading these reviews, please take the group of alleged negative reviews from last week with a grain of salt. They are fake and are all some sick person's attempt at character assassination. It is sad that someone would stoop so low and even sadder that google will allow this to take place and not do anything about it.
