This review is for my second purchase of thobes from Jubbas. Both times I have purchased clothing from them I was not disappointed with the time of shipping (which was fast alhamdulillah), the quality of designs, and materials. The thobes are very fine but a lot of them keep the modest and traditional design which I appreciate and look for. Sometimes it is difficult to find companies because they are usually overseas, but Jubbas makes it easy and provides quality customer service. They can communicate with you and provide tracking information for each step of your delivery by more than one messaging service including sms text. The only thing I would improve upon is the clarity of the product descriptions. I would go more into detail and provide exact fabric materials, care instructions, etc. so that the customer can read them before they receive the product. At the second they are short and vague. Ordered 4 jubba’s for my sons, the amazing staff gave me a 5th one free as part of an offer. Delivery was fast. I’ve just opened them, the quality is amazing, my sons were absolutely ecstatic with there new jubba’s. They wanted to keep them on for masjid as soon as they arrived. Very happy with the service. A small store specialising in Jubbahs and Abaya’s packed with products, the staff are friendly and always willing to help and advise. They accept credit cards and a fitting rooms is available. The products are competitively priced, I am not sure about the returns policy. There’s a small selection of daily Islamic prayer accessories. The store can be very, very, busy, so don’t leave it until last minute. Usually very busy before Eid’s and during the last 10 days of Ramadhan. An online store is also available for those outside of Blackburn. The only downside is that there isn’t any car parking, only a small strip to the front of the store, can be difficult to find a suitable safe space. Dont let it stop you, a visit is highly recommended for any Jubbah/Abaya enthusiast! More...
