I selected Akiva to undertake a total renovation of my basement garden flat in an old Victorian terrace in North London. I decided on Akiva due to their prompt replies, great attention to detail and as it was clear after meeting several companies that the overall client experience was critical to them, it was not just another job.

The scope of works was a total renovation including: electrics, walls, ceilings, plumbing. kitchen install, bathroom design and install, external windows and doors, internal doors, flooring and everything else required. This also included moving the kitchen from one side of the flat to the other and all related changes.

The project was expertly handled and managed by Foyzur and team and I really enjoyed working with them on design details and decisions throughout the project. The team listened to my ideas, worked with changes, and helped suggest approaches to get the desired result in the timeframe and budget.

I was very impressed by the attention to detail and the way that Foyzur and team were obsessive on quality. This has led to an outcome that exceeded my expectations. The care and quality continued after the official end of the project with equal care and attention going into the small snagging list of issues, that is inevitable in a project like this.

I am so happy with the end result and everything and I get constant praise from family and friends on the changes. More...

I hired Akiva Projects to provide us with some hi-resolution renders for a project that I have in Berlin Germany. It was no easy task and the designer I was assigned, Gabriella was amazing.
Gabriella and Akivaprojects really know what they are doing when it comes to handling high-pressure clients and I was very pleased with the result.
