My furniture arrived from Akar luxury furniture,to start with the customer service exceptional, everything I asked for was done nothing was a problem, The furniture arrived and the companyOffered to build it up and set it out, When the sofa set was set Up the colour was beautiful much more than I expected, the 3+2+1all have under storage and fold out to beds,the material is a soft velvet feel and the quality and finish is sublime, you would not get that attention in a furniture shop or quality for the price. The bedroom Furniture also has the same quality finish bed k/s lifts up and downeasily and plenty storage, the headboard is beautiful and 2 matching side tables. The wardrobe is fitted internally with everything you need, drawers shelves etc the dressing table has drawer fitted with red lining beautiful. Yes you will get cheaper, but not the quality or Finish, and as for the prices they are fantastic.Don't take my word for it, go to the showroom or go online and watch the video. I was a bit skeptical at first when ordering the Belek sofa as I had to pay a deposit through bank transfer, after waiting 7 weeks my order of the Belek sofa finally arrived. However, my order of the Belek sofa arrived with the wrong cushion covers that I requested. Thankfully Harun ordered the correct cushion covers for me and let me keep the other ones. However, one of the cushion covers arrived a little bit dirty.(If you place an order make sure you double check you have the right cushion covers on order to avoid this from happening again.)The only downside is that one of the sofa legs had broken while unpackaging it. Didn’t get offered any money off for the broken leg or no mention of the 3 year warranty.Despite all the minor problems I would give 4/5! More...

Hi I bout set of sofa and dining table nearly 3 months ago.my experience I was scared to pay the deposit but as I spoke with him finally I trust him and paid the deposit and have them 3 months ago with lovely free nest table. He is honest man and doing his job very well.sofa was lovely and very good quality also I had a small issue with dinning table, I called him He gave me option to send me another one and He offer me 2 other table.finally I agree to refund me some money back.He refunded the money also He posted me some paint same colour of dinning table I sorted myself and as I said He did refund some of the money because of that small issue.He was so helpful and good customer service in my experience last 3 months.good quality and good customer service More...

The communication with Harun and the workshop in Turkey was great. At all times Harun was very interested in making sure that the product was made exactly as I wanted, he was very polite and quick to respond via Wassap or Messenger. Photos were sent from the workshop several times to check that I liked the wood and design.The final product is of great quality, looks absolutely beautiful and the price is super competitive if you compare with others in UK. I can't express how brilliant this company is to deal with,from start till finish, the customer service is the best I have had,nothing is a problem, the quality and prices I can assure you are the best I have seen, I source the internet and yes you will get bedroom furniture and sofas cheaper, but not the quality for the prices you pay with this company, once you see and compare your will buy from Akarin my opinion nothing can compare or best them, will certainly be recommending them to friends and family,but as I say the quality Speaks for itself

Luxury does not do this company justice. I would say extravagant and premium. I am lost for words how to review the beauty and quality of the baby furniture that my husband and I purcahsed from Akar. From the beginning, like anything new I was sceptical due to how many untrustworthy people there are in this world. However I dealt with Akar Luxury Furniture directly and spoke only with Harun who was an absolute gem and answered all my questions promptly and in depth. Harun was incredible and kept me at ease, as he understood how difficult it can be for a customer to order from someone new, especially that I found the website via Facebook. Harun thank you for all that you did. The furniture on the other hand is NOTHING like you would see in the UK, it is beyond belief and in fact jaw dropping. All those that have visited my babys bedroom to view the furniture have to been lost for words with how incredible it is. Every detail is perfect and it was worth the wait to receive something different, of high quality and reasonably priced.
