I love helping others and improving one's quality of life. My clients have left therapy feeling happier, more confident and motivated, more self aware and had a better belief about themselves and the world. I love seeing this positive change in clients. It is extremely satisfying and rewarding.

I always wanted to help people. And thought what better way to do that than to open up my own private practive and give myself some autonomy as to how I do that.

I am a qualified CBT therapist. I use a range of tools and techniques to help clients reach their set goals. I am easy to talk to and patient. I do not push one in the therapy room and nor do I judge. I believe in equality and so treat everyone the same. I have had a lot of success in the past, and believe this is partly due to my ability to form a strong therapeutic alliance with clients. I believe this strong bond paves the way to a successful therapeutic outcome.
