Great workout for most anybody, helps in day to day tasks at work. Very easy-going atmosphere, large variability in the demographic it attracts. All skill levels, all body-types, good mix of men and women. It's a very comfortable experience walking into AK Kettlebell, often I've been intimidated going into new gyms...not here though. Jody makes sure everybody gets one-on-one attention and makes sure to help you master form before going for intensity or weight.
