Aki has been fantastic. He’s been able to roll with massive changes in my training requirements. He took me through injury rehab, regular training, fitness preparation for abdominal surgery and surgical recovery.

Aki is an awesome trainer! Very flexible to offer alternative workouts if you have any previous injuries or discomfort with anything. His workouts are always customized to what you like/want to work on. His fees are also very affordable, but he's definitely worth more! I have a Bachelor of Science Degree specializing in Kinesiology and Molecular Biology and Biochemistry. I also am an ACE certified Health Coach and Personal trainer. When I was first looking for jobs I absolutely hated how big gyms were charging people way too much for personal training and how much pressure their trainers have to make sales. I do this because I love to, not because of money. I did not want to pressure people to pay ridiculous amounts for this service. This is why I decided to do my own thing so I can charge what is fair, and I have clients who train up to 5 days a week, most of who have been with me for more that 2 years and counting.

I value the time that you spend during our training and I am here to optimize your training experience to make sure you change your lifestyle forever. I do not only work on short term goals. As a Health and Wellness coach I also work on changing habits to allow you to maintain this new healthier lifestyle forever. Diets do not really work long term. What really works are sustainable behavioral changes and a healthy active lifestyle. If you have absolutely no idea where to start, don`t worry, that`s what I am here for, to guide you at every step and help you change your life.
