I attended yesterday for the spray tan course and I have to say I was really disappointed! The tutour seemed to have a attitude when anyone asked questions which I find disgusting as each person attending had payed good money to come along. At the end of the day we were given forms to fill out on what we thought of the service, however the tutour was taking in the forms so felt I couldn't write how I felt about this experience. I was planning on booking my acrylic course through Nsi also but after how Uncomfortable i felt yesterday, I will be looking else where and definitely won't be recommending Nsi to anyone in the future!!! I also ordered heated mits 3 months ago which was advertised on the website but still they haven't arrived I would understand this but the member of staff I spoke to also had a attitude. I think more training in customer service and how to take a lecture are required so very disappointed in all aspects of Nsi � More...
