By far, the best heating and cooling company I've EVER dealt with!

Our water bill spiked $100 over our normal amount last October and we found out that our patio home in the Northeast Heights had a pin hole slab leak. We called an emergency plumber who had to jackhammer two holes through our parquet flooring in the living room before he found the leak. We were told that it was just a matter of time until the next leak. So, our only option was to have pex pipes re-routed through the walls. We called Air Force One and the rest is history. They gave us a reasonable estimate and did the entire re-piping job in exactly one week. This included jackhammering the concrete driveway from the main line to our home, then taking out drywall along the side of the garage, through the ceiling in the kitchen, along the hallway to the bathrooms, and throughout the house. A re-piping job can be traumatic for the homeowner since it requires so much interior work which can disrupt one's daily routine. However, we were pleasantly surprised at how accommodating the Air Force One crew was in terms of working with us and cleaning up each day so we could remain in the house for the duration of the project. The house is now back to normal and the truth is we are much happier with having the water pipes in the walls. Our water pressure is better and the hot and cold flow more quickly to the back of the house. We are ever indebted to the Air Force One crew for their expertise and for their high standards. Some of our neighbors who anticipate having a similar problem in the future with their copper piping, have already said they would hire Air Force One to do the re-piping job if needed. We give a five star plus rating to Air Force One for any of our plumbing or heating problems. More...

Air Force One Plumbing & Heating - Albuquerque, NMI had this company come to my grandmother's house to fix her washing machine & one of her bathrooms. This company is great! I dealt mostly with the secretary, who I believe said she was the owner's wife, and she was super pleasant. She got us set up with an appointment right away. The workers showed up right on time, and they were clean and professional looking. I realize that this is a bit of a dirty job, but it makes me feel better having workers come into a family members house that do not look like they literally walked in off the street. They were professionals and super knowledgeable. They worked on both problems pretty fast, took a quick break to get parts (that they went and got on their own time without charging me for!) and finished in a jiffy. I will be using them again the next time we need plumbers. :) Couldn't be happier with the service they provided for us! More...

I've used them twice. The first was a solid good experience. The second time I had more of an emergency. When I called in the afternoon and explained that I had a potty training toddler and couldn't wait until the next day without difficulty, they went out if their way to help me right away. They are fast, reasonably priced, have given me quality service, and they're just really nice. More...

I had Air Force One install "mini split" HVAC units in my house recently and am very, very happy with their work.  From the first visit for an estimate to installation and a follow-up visit the entire team is professional and goes beyond to make sure you are satisfied.  The work was completed on time and on budget.  the guys go above and beyond to clean up after themselves at the end of the day.  I. Ant recommend them highly enough More...

The 5 star update.I mentioned in a previous review that these guys were pretty great with our swamp cooler and subsequent water heater installation. Following that install we noted a few issues with our kitchen plumbing, which they repaired without cost. A couple weeks back the tubes to our main faucet were leaking, bad. I called 'em back. I didn't know they offered plumbers, they did.Dude took one look at the mangled mess of PVC, corrugated pipes and haphazard plumbing tape underneath the sink and was like, "Dude, you need to replace this. In fact, I'm surprised they left this alone when they visited." The guy ran off to get equipment and returned to fix it. Midway through the installation he had to run off again, but didn't charge me for the time because "I should've picked those pieces up the first time." Overall the complete remodel of my kitchen plumbing ran less than $100 and it lasted, oh, three hours. A good deal, a great company. Cheers. More...
