I have been a faithful customer of Air1 since 2015. They replaced my entire HVAC and water system on a condo I had purchased and had the best price to offer. Since then I have used them for everything. I have never had an issue with scheduling. I can get pretty much whatever day I request. I appreciate that they send a text and email when they are on the way. That way you aren’t waiting around all day wondering. Every person who has come to my house has been professional and courteous. They are very thorough on explaining the work that is to be performed. I also have a maintenance package for my HVAC system. Thank you Air 1 for your kind assistance to a recently widowed 68 year who is desperate to get help with her gas heating unit. It was after 5pm, there was no available technician for the night, but the very nice Air 1 gentleman walked me through restarting the unit over the phone after asking questions of what may have caused the unit to stop operating. Having never called Air 1 before, I didn't know what to expect. Pheak Soun was great! He arrived at the appointed time and had my air conditioning running again in quick order. He showed and explained what had gone wrong and described what he was going to do to fix it. And when he was finished, he made sure the areas were clean and put back together nicely! Call this company for your A/C and heating. We called them to fix our A/C unit which was not cooling at all. They suggested replacing the A/C unit, which was about 8-9 years old and never worked properly. They were on time and professional and quick. Danny was wonderful to work with! Our 30+ year old A/C was broken. I interviewed more than 5 different HVAC service contractors, and Air 1 was by far the best. The technicians were knowledgeable and gave us a reasonable rate. They came on time, were friendly, helpful, and really went above and beyond in installing a new A/C and furnace. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism and the excellent work that they did. One Saturday this past December, my daughter and I woke to a very cold house! After contacting the usual suspects, Michael and Sons, etc. , I decided to take a "chance" on Air 1. This company Air1 Mechanical is the best and most honest I've ever used. They are reliable and very knowledgeable; I have 7 units in different properties plus a gas fireplace that was fixed last year. This year I was surprised the fireplace started without any hassle like other years. As a female consumer, there are two things that I place great value on: customer service and time efficiency. Often times, being a female in this consumer market it is difficult to find companies, organizations, technicians, etc to understand that these things are critically important in maintaining their business with clients. When Danny from Air1 came to my home to address issues with the furnace and hot water heater, he offered a wealth of expertise, professional and friendly service, and most importantly, he was sensitive to my time. He understood that I had a lot of questions as to why things weren't working, and he answered every single one of them. He explained with an enormous amount of detail and knowledge - very important - how the units work. He works fast and diligently, which shows he takes his work seriously and that he values his clients. He expeditiously fixed both of our issues while providing unbelievably great customer service.
