Just wanted to say what an amazing gym this is! ALL the staff are so helpful and friendly, I’m not the most confident person in the gym but strait away made to feel welcome and valued. I’m seeing results already with weekly weighings and measurements after only 3 weeks! And the new online programs looks fab for extra help getting diet plan working along side. I’v manly done classes and they are more like a group P.T than a class, the instructor will adapt and keep an close so everyone can work to there best and get the most out of it! Even when hugely out of my comfort zone with boxing helped and supported now is one of my favourite classes! Honestly I can’t rave enough about the fitness rooms and the fab group of members they have as well, everyone having a giggle helping to push each other the bit further. This is no ordinary gym......this is a great gym!! 3 things you can guarantee to get from the amazing team at The Fitness Rooms. ...Person-specific plans (they know that we are not all the same). Achieving your goals whilst lessening your chance of injury (advising what to do if you do get one). Helping you to become strong in body AND mind. Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the team at The Fitness Rooms for the support and encouragement since joining, after suffering with shin splints for 6 years and having to give up running due to this and thinking I would never run again, I gained weight and lost all self confidence. After only 2 months of PT sessions my shin splints are nearlly none existent. I never thought I would exercise or step foot in a gym again, thanks to the team and their hard work and passion, my confidence is slowly rising. The best Gym in Harrogate - its small, its independent, its flexible no matter what your goals are. Everyone that goes of all levels of fitness, different aims encourage each other. I discuss at length with my clients what it would mean to them to reach their ultimate goals. How they would feel and what it would do to them emotionally and physically.
We then begin to break down the larger goal into managable pieces which often means we can get beyond even the initial fitness goal.

The secret to getting the body of your dreams is to stay dedicated, determined and realistic.

I love watching my clients see and feel the difference in themselves.
Travelling on a journey from start to finish with a client and feeling the emotions that come along with ups and downs of reaching a goal is priceless.

My own fitness journey inspired me to become a personal trainer.
From not being able to eveb run around the block or do a single press up to completing various events and putting myself through torturous photoshoot preparation has given me the passion to help people do the same.

My sessions are fun, varied but challenging.
I have the dedication to put in my all to each and every session.
Each and every client is different which is why I take the time to discuss goals, needs and specialist requirements to then create a personal and tailored program for us to follow throughout our journey together.
