I love going to Jiva's Ashtanga class on a Friday. She is a wonderful teacher, relaxed, friendly and clear. The studio is great too, spacious and well lit. Thank you!

I’ve been going to AIM for a few months now and I can’t fault it. Whether Zen, Restorative or Hatha yoga I always feel that I’ve achieved something after the class, whether it’s stretched, a sense of calm or a bit more of a workout the aim of the class always delivers.

The majority of my classes have been with Caroline and I can only recommend her. She nurtures, supports and yet also pushes me. More...
