Contacted John at APH early Monday evening regarding a leak on our combi boiler. Advised he would call around the next morning, he sent a text to say what time and arrived promptly as promised, so no waiting around at all for us. Big Plus, his communication was excellent. Our leak turned out to be more problematic than anticipated due to the age of our boiler and also the access to it. Despite this the problem was rectified both effectively and efficiently.
