Welcome to AHA Design Architectural Designers, Beaworthy Devon, a new concept in design thinking! We specialise in helping you transform your ideas into reality.

We are architectural designers that specialise in preparing and submitting planning applications in the south West of England. We are based in Beaworthy, Devon and we have clients throughout Devon and Cornwall so, if you are in need of planning permission and your in the South West then we are here to help.

We perpare plans for domestic, agricultural and equine clients and provide a complete service form the initial consultation through to the submitting of plans, site visits from the authority to town and parish meetings if required.

We are happy to come and hep with anything from new builds to garden buildings, from agricultural barns to stable blocks.

We offer a complete service from initial ideas through to the completed design and we consult you throughout the process. Once you are happy, we submit the plans to the local authority for you and monitor throughout, attending site visits and planning meetings to ensure that you don't have to worry about a thing!

We produce a building quotation pack for you to submit to your contractors to help you secure the best and most accurate price for the project. These plans are extremely detailed and include a complete specification which, in most cases, allows a contractor to provide you with a fixed price for the job. This is vital as it will enable you to control the build budget much more effectively!

We prepare all the building regulation plans for you and submit them to the building control office on your behalf. We work closely with a structural engineer who will provide calculations on our plans and these are submitted with the pack.
