Following my earlier review, I would like to add that I had a text today from the father of the young man who was supposed to have turned up to give me a quote on Tuesday. He apologised that he son failed to turn up and offered to come and give me a quote this afternoon. That made a difference to the situation and whilst I did not take up that offer, I really appreciated the apology. More...

Sadly, I didn't get the chance to see how good Andy's work was as following his phone call in the morning on Tuesday21 April, he failed to turn up at his agreed time to give me a quote on the work I needed done. No call, e-mail or text to explain - I gave him all day Wednesday in hopes of a call, but nothing. Very disappointed as he sounded a pleasant enough young man, just lacking basic good manners! At first said hourly rate was £20, then it was £30, then it was £25. I asked how much for 2 people it was £35 an hour. I was then quoted several hundred pounds to do a days work on my garden. They came when they said, but the actual work was just over 6 hours. I made it well over£50 an hour in the end. Said do a monthly garden maintenance and never has. I have phoned, sent SMS and e-mailed. Did manage to get another date booked in, but he blew out (stating van was broken into). Doesn't reply at all now. Only seems interested in over charging for a days work. Not a 2 hourly fortnightly/monthly visit. Would not recommend... More...

Hi Ben Firstly I would dispute the costs we charge £20 an hour for one man and £35 for two men. The job we done for you was also to take waste away which we quoted you a price for a garden clean up and waste disposal which you agreed to and where over the moon when done. My van was broken into and equipment stolen and still sorting out and advised you I would call you when sorted. Not sure your review is honest but it seems your opinion has changed since job was done!!!!
