My knowledge is very good but I feel my key difference from the average PT is my sessions. I make ALL sessions personal to the client, from their goals to workout likes and dislikes I take everything into account to deliver the best sessions to clients.
Not only am I able to deliver 1-1 sessions but also group workouts! These are just as intense but also have a really strong element of enjoyment and social interaction which I feel is the perfect addition to a 1-1 personal training session.
