My experience at Gym Sutton has been nothing short of excellent. The gym facilities are top-notch, and the entire staff is friendly and professional. Just to back up the review, please see how there are just random rusty screws from machines on the floor. Oh and what appears to be a toe nail. Incredibly dirty gym with desks that are rarely ever staffed during normal hours. Doors look like a prison and the staff are rude to say the least. I joined early on when the gym was new but I regret being part of the gym now. Also for some reason they require you to provide your location “at all times” in their app to open the doors. They regularly post signed changing the terms of the memberships “threatening fines” which try to address problems but just come across as incredibly unprofessional and showing management that lacks any understanding of the law. Large gym with a lot of equipment, and the only public gym in Sutton with a suite of boxing bags. Good value for money too, even if some equipment is showing wear and tear. Best to go in the morning or evening, as late afternoons it turns into an after school club for teenagers crowding equipment and messing about. More...

Gym trainer Joseph is the best. I had hot yoga tonight and forgot my water bottle. I thought I could get a water out of the machine but it wouldn’t tap my card on the card reader. I asked Joseph if there was any paper cups around, and instead he went above and beyond and actually went to the shop to get a water for me. Amazing customer service! Very nice place. I usually train in affordable gyms but they are really crowded. This one really stands out because it is cheap but still offers quality service.

Have been a member since the gym opened last year, loved it at first but it has progressively got worse since then, it’s absolutely filthy, probably due to the fact that they are too busy filming cringe worthy content for social media with the cleaner? It is always packed as membership was never capped as promised, still selling day passes & leafletting the high street ,Random weights just dumped everywhere & even on the rack they are all mixed up, deadlift platforms not fixed properly, they have had more mangers than Chelsea & cancelled my membership a day early needless to say won’t be back More...
