There have been numerous catalyst throughout my life that have inspired me to own my business and be a Senior partner in two others. Since I was a preteen, I have always had the gift of curiosity, motivation, inspiration, connectivity, brokering, communications, creativity, and organization. Having been a world traveler since my teens, I became acutely aware of my ability to connect with people, no matter where they lived or the culture they grew up in. These attributes have served me well throughout my career. Early in my corporate career, I realized that I had it within me to start my own consulting firm, and did so. It has been over 30 years now and I continue to be inspired from those early experiences of the people, and working on significant projects to change the process and systems that afford us all quality of life.

Creating effectiveness is key to productivity. Self-awareness affords the energy and motivation to create the value, growth and opportunity. Managing your energy provides the positive and effective outcomes towards realizing success.

I am highly resourceful and utilize my network of businesses and industry mentors to stay on top of the coaching curve.
