It was May 10th which is when Mexicans celebrate Mother's Day and I know that it was a very very busy day for them I called them about five minutes before arriving before because I needed to find some last-minute flowers my  11 years old brother wanted to buy my mom some flowers they were very very nice very helpful and they gave us some beautiful flowers thank you

So I would refer this place to anyone!  They worked with me and were very patient.  I had a hard time deciding what type of flowers to send to my friend for her birthday and they went over different options and types specific for the time of year. I am relatively disappointed. I called a week in advance and placed an order for blue roses today for valentines. They took my name and everything down. I came today to pick up the order at the spot and time that they had told me to come. I got here and there were no roses waiting for me. I asked the kind women about the order and she had no idea.  This is before I relentlessly continued to call them all day with no one picking up the phone. So now I am left with no blue roses... Later that evening, the florist did apologize and offered me the new arrangement. They exceeded my expectation. The arrangements came out beautifully. I worked with Exotic Flowers to order my wedding flowers and was so happy with the results. The bouquets were gorgeous and exactly the look I was going for as shown in my sample pictures. Everything was arranged so beautifully and it was easy to work with them via email since I had a destination wedding and am located on the east coast. Friends needed flowers and we found them.We needed 2 bouquets for a wedding and luckily, we found them on Yelp.We arrived and were helped right away.  Not knowing what we want, we had ask the ladies to help us make some suggestions.  Choices were limited but we made it work with hydrangeas and roses.  The florist was super patient and cool.  She helped us assemble the bouquet exactly how we wanted it to look. The added work of glitters and baby breath around the bouquet was perfect.Thank you for being awesome and patient with us! This place is amazing. We had a last minute flower delivery and she worked with us so well and had them delivered on time. We went in at 1:45 and she had them delivered at 4:45. Amazing! Exotic Florist was one of the preferred vendors for Wedgewood Stallion Mountain, the venue used for our wedding.  I was planning our wedding from across the country so I was nervous about many of the details, including the floral.  From our initial conversation, Verna Padgett was a joy to work with.  Although the bulk of our communication was either via phone or email using various pictures as references, Verna was able to take my ideas and bring them to reality.  I was more than pleased with the final product, especially with the cake floral - I couldn't stop looking at it!  Verna works extremely hard and is committed to customer satisfaction and it shows in her work.  There were times that I would get responses from her in the wee hours of the morning which is a testament to her strong work ethic.  I would definitely recommend Exotic Florist to any couple getting married in the Las Vegas area. When I thought hope was lost - Verna saved the day! I had started preparation for my wedding with another florist, and that fell through almost a month before my wedding.  I had a very specific vision for my wedding. "Blue roses."  My first phone call to Verna was bascially "blue roses or nothing." It was kismet - Verna just happened to be working on another wedding with blue roses so I could see an example and was able to help me make my vision come to life.  That vision also got expanded to include white roses, lilies, and silver gems - she sat with me for 2 hours and we created flowers for my aisle, hanging blue rose balls, a tablescape, and beautiful centerpieces for my wedding.  My bouquet was blue roses (another specific vision) and she helped dress it up with ribbon to make it look nice.  She even through in tossing bouquet so mine could be preserved after the ceremony.  It all turned out amazing.  I appreciated her going above and beyond especially after my first florist almost ruined my big day. Verna and her team of florists helped to make my wedding dream a reality. She met with me multiple times before the wedding in order to ensure we were on the same page. She even went to my ceremony site a couple of weeks before the wedding in order to map out how she was going to decorate. She went so far as to call me a couple of days before the wedding to let me know certain details such as a particular flower we agreed on not being available and that she was replacing it with another. I surely would not have recognized the difference, but she took the time to call me and that made me feel important. Her final work was even more impressive than I expected. My bouquet was absolutely gorgeous, in addition the ceremony and reception flowers were also beautiful. Verna takes the time to really get to know you and that shows in the final product. I recommend Verna and her team 110%. Please consider her when looking for a florist and if you do decide to work with her she will not disappoint. More...

Recently my mother, who had been a long term Nevada resident, passed suddenly. Though her health had been failing her demise was unexpected. I was in the middle of arraigning to come to Las Vegas to visit my mother when I got the call that she had passed. Dropping everything and flying from my Los Angeles home in order to take care of matters I literally had to make final arrangements on the run from my smart phone. With such short notice and no time Verna of Exotic Florist came to the rescuer providing two gorgeous funerary arrangements for the viewing within mere  hours of the call.
