Terrible.
Would rather buy a new drone than use these guys for repair again. Payment for the repair was upfront, communication is nonexistent.
It's been almost 4 weeks and you never, ever hear from them unless you chase them. They couldn't even respond to a separate insurance query sent via their own website's form. Post a negative review on their Facebook page and they hide the entire Facebook page knowing that the heat is coming for their bad service.
