Having interviewed various companies we are so glad we went with Aflux.
The team have been exceptionally responsive, organised and made the process as stress free and smooth as possible.
Our project was a basement excavation, and total refurbishment.
Sara and Amit saw us through every step
In the process and dealt with all the problems / potential problems.
The whole process was difficult but they dealt with everything to perfection.
They quickly understood the style I was looking for. We are very happy with both the building team who did a great job, and the design team who transformed the place to look fantastic!
I would highly recommend them.

We approached Aflux initially for a one stop shop solution for our development in East Dulwich including layout design, planning, structural design and project management and that's exactly what we received! We were both immediately impressed with their creative ideas they brought to the table on our first meeting at the property which resulted in a master suite that exceeded our expectations. Aflux also introduced us to their preferred builder which made the process far less stressful and gave us confidence that we would achieve the high quality of finish we were seeking. Developing a house for the best part of a year can be overwhelming and stressful enough however Aflux really took the pressure off us and we were able to contact them whenever we like with no questions too silly! We engaged Aflux to re-design and rebuild entirely the basement in our house in Marylebone. It was previously a playroom for the kids with a very ill-thought out placement of the bathroom. With Sara and Beatrice guiding the design, and a wonderful set of skilled and attentive builders led by Mario, our basement has now been transformed into a wonderful and bright bedroom, with a gleaming and snazzy new shower room. We have been extremely happy throughout the entire 3 month project with the helpful and ever present Aflux team on hand for any decision and issue, they have always gone over the top to be friendly and supportive, totally trustworthy, and just basically wonderful. They are brimming with sleek and contemporary design ideas, are always happy to amend or adjust plans to inevitable or unexpected issues, and have always come up with perfect solutions to everything. They are consummate professionals, and we are totally happy to have entrusted our home to them. Aflux were amazing at walking us through each phase step by step so that we understood all the processes. They worked with us, along with a great architect (Stefan) and a fantastic build team (Thomas Sparrow Ltd) to give us our wonderful new family home.
