Lovely products but terrible customer service with two items purchased in the last year. We have now been waiting 4 months for a footstool which is two months overdue and every time we chase are told it will be in the next few weeks and then hear nothing back. Accept that sometimes there may be delays but complete lack of communication and just reacting to customers rather than being proactive is not the level of service you would expect from this type of store. Same experience as the person below. Bought a desk and was told it was in the stock area of the shopping centre so we could pick it up in the next day or two. That was about 2 months ago now and we are still chasing it. Every time we want an update it's me calling them, they've never once called to let us know what's going on. Already paid for the item under the impression that we would have it shortly after paying. Told on the phone after a month that we had ordered the desk 'right when the factory closes for the summer'... Why did noone tell us about this when we ordered it? Still haven't received the desk, although now told that it is 'due to arrive this week'. Exact day not known. So we'll see. Would never buy furniture from them again, or anything else that I couldn't take away with me literally then and there. More...

STAGE 1 – Free Initial Consultation
No matter how big or small your project, enjoy a free 30 minute in-store consultation to discuss your requirements and budget with a dedicated member of the Design Team. Simply bring in photos of the space(s) you want to discuss allowing us to understand the project. Our Design fee to commence the projects refundable against a minimum spend (non sale goods only).
STAGE 2 – The Design Process
With the design fee paid a site visit will be booked in with one of the Design Team. With the site visit we discuss your requirements in more detail understanding your space and the way you live. From the detailed brief we provide a visual electronic presentation with material examples. See scheme fee chart below.
STAGE 3 – Delivery and Installation
The delivery team and designer provide a hands on approach with everything delivered to your door. Goods are carefully unpacked, assembled where required and all rubbish disposed of. For large projects your designer will be on site to oversee the installation to ensure everything runs smoothly.
