I have finally found a moment to show my appreciation, and that of the hundreds who have travelled with me on several occasions when booking coaches/mini-buses through AFJ Travel. "Thank you" is easy to say but hard to show, I'm hoping that my continued support for AFJ shows how happy I have been with your services. I have been using AFJ for a little over a year now and it all started with our charity treks to mount Snowden and scaffel pike. Myself and a group of 35 medical students from Birmingham university were met by a very courteous driver who arrived early and engaged with a friendly, welcoming smile and "hello" to each and everyone of us. Our journey was smooth and on time to and from our destinations. On one occasion (27th november 2015), two days before my son was born, I was at the hospital with my wife and called AFJ Travel and asked them to supply a mini bus for a charity walk 20+ members wanted to participate in just the following day. Not only did AFJ Travel supply a small coach and driver at very short notice, they sponsored the charity walk by donating their services for FREE :) On other occasions discounts were offered, and now they are still exceeding my expectations everytime I book. Members of staff who have dealt with my bookings are Haroon and Ahsan, and their professionalism and fantastic customer service have lead me to never consider another coach company, "thank you" guys :) Looking forward to my next booking to snowdonia in a few months, and future bookings. Me and several friends was planning a trip to Cheltenham for the day after being let down by the minibus company we booked with we were told to try this company. Harry was very helpful and after a little bit of juggling around he sent us a very nice minibus with the friendliest of driver. I can honestly say that we have never had a better service from any coach company we have used in the past. The whole procedure from booking the coach to end delivery was absolutely perfect, Alhamdulillah. The driver arrived early and greeted all the passengers with a big smile, his attitude was very friendly and he went above and beyond to uphold AFJ's name. After a long day, we contacted the driver and he again turned up promptly and greeted everyone with a smile and engaged with the passengers. The passengers were all medical students (the doctors of tomorrow) from Birmingham University, and they were very impressed by the coach offered to us and the service provided by the driver. The climb up mount Snowdon was very challenging for some but they all made it and were happy to see the coach on their return. Your service was top class and to see that you are following up on your bookings adds that extra special touch, thank you very much for providing us with a fabulous and memorable experience, no doubt you will be our coach company of choice from now on. Organised AFJ Travel to take my hubby on friend's stag do to Ascot on Saturday 20 June. Service from the booking through to the actual trip was fantastic, second to none. Boys had a great time and driver was so accommodating to all their requests. No stuffy rules, however the guys did return the respect by not leaving bus in a mess.
