4/2/22 Im sorry to read there are so much more people impacted by this person. Pursue legal action until an enforcing authority can take appropriate action. Don't give up. 7/2019. Do not use Affinity Legacy. RESEARCH all the claims made on this business e.g from insurance, experience, fake testimonials, ownership and affiliations. Awards issued from low credibility award companies. What you are left with is someone wanting to take as much money as he can from you and will disrepect you at the same time! Stanley is highly unprofessional, he has caused myself and my family a lot of stress,

he is slow with providing crucial information and Misleading in the information he has provided to my family. He can become very intimidating and refuses to communicate when he is not happy about something, constantly reminding myself that he is in control of my deceased relatives estate leaving me very worried as I feel I have made the biggest mistake in trusting him and no longer feel I have any say or involvement with my deceased as he is making decisions over what happens on his own, putting me in a position we’re I have just about been able to arrange a funeral for my loved one due to him having the power over certain things, would not recommend as this is a scam and would not wish what I have gone through on anyone,

If you read the positive reviews he has they are all relating to minor things he has helped them with nothing detrimental which will effect the status of a persons house or estate, please I advice do not trust this guy with your will or after life decisions as he will on do what benefits himself More...

Stanley Taylor has been instructed to be the executor of my grandmothers estate. Numerous times he has put down the phone on my family members, speaks in a patronising tone and is unprofessional. He will not explain himself when posed a question about funds from her account and is not transparent about his fees. I would not recommend him at all. Stay clear. More...

During the middle December 2020, I was given Excellent and Superb Professional advice by Affinity Legacy Panning regarding Estate Planning -Wills etc.

Consequently, I instructed them to prepare A Will for myself and my Partner, also a Childrens Trust and a Protection Property Trust.

Our Will and Trust Documents arrived on the 9th of Jan 2021.

Would have given no stars had the option been available. Appalling customer service once Company receives your money. Severe delays in customers receiving draft will and will. Company takes deposits and takes money for deposit from client years later even when no will provided.

Stay far from using this company. Claimed to be affiliated with society that rights Wills and was on all company material and signature at time of consultation. Further research and enquiries made with organisation and individuals. This was not the case. Cost of service does not match service provided. Little to no follow up once you pay. Stanley is not registered with the society of will writers and FCA do not have him nor his comapny listed. He has my money and is refusing to return it to me but has not produced the product that I paid for. He is very informative because he is trying to get money out of people. He has spend how long now trying to get me to open up trust funds that I do not want nor need. When told this he still deciede to bombard me with reason as into why Should take it out when my children's money is already been put into trust with my life insurance for free. So why was he bombarding me for more money for more products before writing up the will that paid for on 18/6/19 and as of 12/7/19 had still not receieved even a draft. Therefore I requested back my money due to his lack of producing what have paid for and his forceful manner to try to get me to take out more packages with him. Since me bringing this to his awareness he has seized calling me and has not given me back my money. So I have reported him, his wife, his company name to both FCA, The Society of Will Writers, Action fraud and trading standards. More...

This Client was visited by her Friend who was a trainee Agent for my Company. She gave the necessary information required to draft her Will, but because she has 2 underage Children, she was advised that they could only be Beneficiaries if she agreed to do Children’s Trust costing £100 each or she could nominate an alternative Beneficiary who was over the age of 18 and when her Children became that age I would prepare free Wills naming her Children as Beneficiaries. The Client agreed to do the Children’s Trust but said she would pay for it mid to end July 2019. The Client suddenly on the 12th July, decided to request the refund of the £145 she had paid for the Will and Storage facilities. I paid £49 of this to her Friend as Commission for visiting the Client and taking her instructions. The Client was told that her request for a refund was denied because she had signed a legally binding Agreement which required her to put any request to cancel in writing within 14 Days of signing the Agreement. My Company had already prepared the draft Will awaiting payment which was promised for the 2 Children’s Trust, but she decided on the 12th of July that she no longer wanted the Children’s Trust, because she already had a Life Insurance Trust in place for them. I explained to the Client that the Life Insurance Trust would only be about her Life Insurance Policy and not about any other Assets she has now or in the future. I was a Member of the Society of Will Writers for over 4 Years and recently resigned voluntarily because my Company utilises the Services of those regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Financial Conduct Authority and therefore do not need to be a Member of the Society of Will Writers to prepare Wills. This Persons only motive is to be slanderous and malicious because of jealousy and has also been insulting my Wife and doing and saying anything that she believes will discredit my Company. I would also like to point out that the Agreement that she signed allows the Company a minimum of 28 Days to draft and post Documents out to our Clients.

I can certainly recommend Affinity Legacy Planning I have just completed my mothers Trust, Power of Attorney Financial and Health alongside updating her will.
