We help individuals and their families living with chronic mental illness by providing supportive psychotherapy, intensive case management, court-ordered treatment (including less restrictive orders), and assessment and evaluations. We can provide services in the home, community, or in office.

I am a Geriatric Residential Placement Specialist. Over the past 20 years I have worked closely with Affiliated Mental Health staff, most recently with; Mary, Gregory and Elizabeth. Our combined cases are often complicated by dementia, drugs and alcohol, family dysfunction, evictions and resistance to care. Additionally, many of their clients are referred from psychiatric hospitals under civil commitment. In spite of extreme circumstances, Mary, Gregory and Elizabeth have proven themselves skilled and compassionate, and able to navigate care planning, and care options - with my assistance, to create and sustain the best possible outcomes for their clients they have served and now serving.In all of the circumstances that they have encountered where we've coordinated together, no matter how complex, I can say without hesitation that their professionalism and expertise are superb while they demonstrate true compassion and care for those they serve. What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy listening to my clients and hearing them tell their stories. by expressing themselves they can begin to see patterns that they can use for insight and change.
What inspired you to start your own business?
No one else was meeting our clients' needs, so we started our business almost 20 years ago to provide case management services to people with severe and chronic mental health issues.
Why should our clients choose you?
We meet them where they are by providing community counseling and case management, including assessments, coordination of care with other professionals, transportation to appointments, and court ordered treatments like Less Restrictive Orders.
