Trina my wedding planner/coordinator I named her the bulldog(she doesn’t know that) if it’s not right get Trina she will fix it! I am extremely indecisive so when we first ment to go over the decor we spent two hours going over colors, fabrics and textures for me only to come up with white, she slowly closed all her books and said ok, honestly all I could think about was flowers I just kept saying I want my flowers I want my flowers and flowers I got!!! Trina put up with emails and text all times of the night and day, she was professional each and every time I never felt like I was getting on her nerves and I know I’m not her only client. She really enjoys doing this, she pays attention to detail and doesn’t forget a thing! I am so happy I chose her and her team to plan and coordinate our day! More...

I recently got married 11/11/18 and I hired Affairs Remembered Planning for my Day of Coordinator and Design. Trina not only got our vision she was able to execute it professionally and precisely the way I saw it in my head. Planning your wedding can be stressful but trust me Trina and her team made it seem easy. I was able to run my ideas or concerns by her and she listened. My wedding day Decor was beautiful and my guests are still talking about it. Please ladies if you are second guessing about hiring them please don’t you will not be disappointed. I recently got married September 22, 2018, I hired Affairs Remembered for day of wedding coordination. All I can say is my experience from start to finish was nothing but excellent and super professional. My wedding day was amazing and went so smooth. Everything was covered from every aspect. The job they provided was beyond my expectations and my day would have not been what it was without them. Where to begin? At first I was extremely against hiring a day of coordinator as I was convinced I did not need one. I was EXTREMELY wrong! I could now not imagine my wedding without Trina and her team. Trina is extremely organized, easy to communicate with, and thought of details that I would’ve have overlooked but ended up being so important the day of. Trina offered advice, helped me to make decisions, and used her wealth of knowledge to help me visualize that I wanted my wedding to look like. There was not a question that Trina did not know the answer to. Trina and her team were fantastic. Before the wedding she triple checked everything with me and my husband, called and confirmed with all of my vendors, and communicated with other important members of our bridal party about their role. During our rehearsal she clearly communicated expectations for the day of with all of my very large bridal party and helped everyone feel comfortable with their role in the wedding. Everyone was complimenting her and her team’s efforts throughout the night. She and her team were always one step ahead of any potential problems or disasters, intercepted any issues so that I did have to deal with them, and paid close attention to detail. The best part of working with Trina was that I was able to have a worry free evening with my guests and was able to enjoy my wedding. I knew that Trina had everything handled. One of the many reasons why my husband and I decided to hire Trina over other vendors that we interviewed was because of her professionalism, knowledge, and experience. Trina and her team worked tirelessly throughout the day to ensure that everything went according to plan. She and her team were constantly present during the night to ensure that we were calm and comfortable, communicate with other vendors, guests, and me to ensure that our day went as planned. She set up the reception space beautifully and wrangled my guests (and groomsmen) to where they were expected to be throughout the day so that we could stick to our proposed timeline. Trina was there to reassure me, hide me and my bridesmaids away from the groomsmen and groom, ensure that our ceremony music and order ran smoothly, and even made sure that the train on my dress was picture perfect before I walked down the aisle.At the end of the night Trina and her team had everything packed away and stored for us to easily transport home. My husband and I were dreading the clean-up process by Trina already had it handled. I cannot communicate how thankful I am that I decided to work with such a wonderful day of coordinator and her team. If you are on the fence or unsure of whether you need a day or coordinator or wedding planner in general, just do it! Trina and her team are phenomenal are our day was seamless because of her and her team’s effort. We would hire her and her team again in a heartbeat and heartily recommend them to anyone in the need of a coordinator. Thank you so much! More...

Trina was such an incredible wedding coordinator and I can only tell you that you will NOT regret hiring her and her incredibly professional team. Trina and I first spoke on a phone conference because I was out of state and I immediately knew she would be incredible . She worked with me every step of the way and worked well with my mom who was in state and planned my wedding for me. Trina met at the venues, offered her expertise and on the day of the wedding, she blew us all out of the water. Here we were, at a 300 plus African Wedding and Trina did not break a sweat. She ensured that I was always cool and calm as a bride. She gave clear instructions to the bridal party and guests. She went above and beyond as a coordinator . When some details for the reception got confused (interestingly it was the ONE detail we failed to give her on time ) she did not say “I told you so” but instead looked at me as a stressed bride and asked “what do you want most right now ” Trina then solved the problem and I went on to have an amazing experience. My wedding was in 2016 and I am STILL raving about her. Trina, thank you so much for being such an amazing person and incredible wedding coordinator ! The aspect that I love the most about putting a wedding together is the underlying emotion that is there. The happiness that exists between a couple during this period in their lives is nothing but unmistakable joy! "Price is what you pay and Value is what you get!" Many times we are tempted by the lowest price in purchasing decisions. Do we take the lowest price and accept the lowest value? The price of the services in which you are investing, is only one component of the job. Are you willing to accept lower quality, can you rest easily that the product or services will be to your satisfaction? I always make potential client's aware, that you usually get what you pay for, and don't get what you don't pay for...While, you don't have to spend a fortune to yield excellent service and amazing results, do not base your selection of a vendor because their prices are "cheap". You only get ONE shot at pulling this off and there are NO "do overs". The level of experience that professionals in this industry offer varies greatly and you don't want to look back with regret because your vendor lacked in the area of skill.
