Alex is the best Hair in her job. She has won awards and when you visit her you really understand why. She is super nice, professional and very knowledgeable. Alex gave me various options to chose from but also recommended me the best type for my hair. I have fairly longish hair naturally but I wanted the thickness an less visibility as I have thin hair. I have wanted extensions for such a long time and have never done it due to not knowing what type to get / where was best to go! I went to Alex completely blind sighted and she knew exactly what was best for my hair in terms of length, colour and hair type and she was extremely helpful in explaining the whole process! The best hair extension technician in the world!!!! Before choosing Alex I had visited lots of other salons / hairdressers / hair extension techs and they didn’t even come close to comparing to Alex. Alex fitted 150 mini tips and 25 ultra tips of 24” Remi Cachet hair. She went through all of the different options before choosing the hair that was right for me and also my perfect colour match! Alex definitely knows what she is talking about and I still absolutely love my hair 7 weeks on! Seen Alex's work all over instagram and i've always wanted long gorgeous locks as an insecurity issue. Alex is so lovely, so welcoming and re-assured me with my hair colour we would find one to blend. I had 2 wefts and some mini tips applied to create a balayage look and my hair feels weightless and i've never had as much confidence as i do now with longer hair. I was recommended to Alex by a colleague and have not been disappointed! From my first consultation Alex was professional, yet friendly and advised me that tape extensions were the best option. I have just had my tapes re fitted after 6 weeks and am as pleased as the first fitting. I feel so much more confident and have had so many comments from strangers saying how fabulous my hair is. Alex is great with extensions... until last March I had never had permanent extensions so I had a lot of questions at my consultation. Alex is so knowledgeable and answered all my queries.She colour matched my extensions to my highlighted hair by mixing in 2 different tones to get a great match... I have now had the same hair for nearly a year and it still looks great, I always get compliments from everyone saying how nice my hair is, and they just can't believe when I tell them it's extensions because the colour match and blend is so good.Alex has great knowledge in extensions and she's always going on courses to make sure she's up to date with the latest offerings to make sure she has the best info and selection for her clients.
