Driven by passion, Aesthetic Bodies OC was launched in May of 2013 by Adam at a private gym in Irvine, CA. Prior to the launch, Adam was working at a local commercial gym in the fall of 2012. At the beginning of 2013 was when Adam realized that he wanted to perform better to the needs of his clients by branching out and being an independent trainer.

My husband and I have been working out with Adam for almost 9 months now. Admittedly, we had reached out to Adam initially because we wanted to lose weight and become toned for our wedding. Not only did Adam help us crush our goal in helping us look and feel our best selves for our big day, he has helped us look at our health and fitness in a more sustainable way. Initially when I used to workout or diet, I was very into fads or quick fixes, and never could find anything that could stick. I was constantly yo-yoing with my weight and I never really enjoyed working out either and felt it more like an obligation. All of this changed after we started spending more time with Adam. We became super informed about nutrition and understood the purpose behind every movement. I consider Adam also a teacher because there is so much to learn from him. He is very knowledgeable about everything! On top of that, Adam has incredible integrity and is one of the hardest working and honest people I know. As a former intern for Adam and his business, he has certainly set the standards of a personal trainer. He's a great mentor, coach, and friend who wants the best out of you. He has a lot of strengths when it comes to his profession because he is passionate and dedicated to his career. I've learned how to cue, program, and workout efficiently after several months with working with him. He's knowledgable in what he does which sets him apart from other trainers. He's also a very understanding guy that wants you to succeed in life and fitness. He uses fitness as way of life because he incorporates exercises that are safe and effective to your daily activities. It's hard to meet a guy like him because his interpersonal skills allow him to be one of the best trainers in OC. For whatever your fitness goals are, he will make sure it will happen as long as you're committed in putting in the work. I first met Adam mid 2018 through mutual friends. We had an immediate connection through our respective passions. His understand and passion of fitness was something that spoke to me.  I knew talking to him that when the time was right, I would contact him for personal training.Following him on social media and watching his posts, his explanations of his workouts/stretches, and his form I was more and more convinced. Everything was so precise. His breathing and movements were all so efficient and done with purpose. I wanted to replicate it, I wanted to improve my movements/balance/strength in basketball, I wanted to live fit, not fall to socially accepted "dad bod" . I wanted improve my physique to levels I've never taken it and I knew Adam could help me achieve my goals. I contacted Adam to set up a consultation. Completed his application and contracted his services for 4 months. I think both of us felt confident that I would make considerable progress and gains within that period. If you work with him, he will go through all of the basic form techniques initially and slowly build your knowledge and form based on your level of fitness. Within a few weeks, I started understanding the workouts, lifting heavier, losing weight, and looking in the mirror more. Yeah I said it!!!I have recently completed my 4 months with him. I've went from 12-13% body fat to ~9% body fat, down from 165-170lbs to 145-150lbs, and I've never seen my abs like this before in my life. (I'm 38 years old). The compliments from men and women alike were weekly, if not daily. But now my fitness and physique have become more apart of my identity. I have a new found confidence in myself. I couldn't have gotten here if it weren't for Adam. I highly recommend his services to anyone who is motivated to improve their health and fitness. Coach - an expert who trains someone learning a skill or improving a skill. Adam has been an amazing coach and teacher to me for the past 7 months. He listens, guides, and pushes me to reach my goals. I've been one of those people who wander aimlessly in the gym not knowing what to do. I needed someone who could keep me accountable and teach me the basics. My initial goal with Adam was to lose weight and get stronger, but as I continue my work with Adam, I'm learning that this is not a short term task. It's a lifestyle change that Adam pushes for. It's as simple as "just keep moving."With Adam's guidance, I have added so much more to my workout toolbox. Just when I think things are getting easier, he changes things up! His creativity with the big muscle movements make his workouts engaging and fun. You will definitely leave the gym sweaty!One of the things I look for in a coach is someone who knows my limits better than I do. Adam knows how much to push and how much to back off. I'm surprised at how much stronger I've gotten because he pushed me to pick up weights that are heavier than I would've ever attempted on my own. I've set personal records for myself and am shocked by how much more energy and stamina I have in my daily life since I've started with Adam. Adam has given me the confidence to workout amongst the intimidating weight stacks at the gym. I walk there now with confidence that I can safely and effectively bust out one of his workout routines. When I first read the reviews here, I was skeptical about all the 5-star ratings. My previous experiences with personal trainers were always monotonous and uninspired. I'd start out motivated and give up after a few months because of non-existent results, injury, or boredom. I couldn't reconcile my previous experiences at other gyms with the ratings other Yelp users were giving this place. Curiosity mandated that I learn more, if only so that I could call BS.After almost 3 months with Adam, I still look forward to going every day. Going to sessions 4 days/week, I started to see and feel results after about a month; however, the most important change for me was in my overall feeling about exercise. In the past, I had never associated gym-based exercise with fun. Adam and the people here make all the difference.Adam has made the most incredible impact on my life. He is passionate, knowledgeable, and motivating providing the tools necessary to ensure you are getting the most out of the time you are putting in. I don't always love how fast our hour goes by, but I'm always thankful for it afterwards when I can feel and see my improvements.Beyond just helping people get in shape, Adam has cultivated a strong sense of community among his clients and members at Next Level Fitness. They have built a big family of people and continue to welcome anyone looking for a place to belong. My official start date with Adam was back on 6/3/14. I have been involved with fitness and working out since 1999-2000. I even had a personal trainer for about 3yrs when I used to live in Arizona before I moved back to California in 2006-2007. I even went through the in home DVD workout phase (P90x back to back) due to pure boredom with routine/same ol same ol workouts at the gym. I was looking for a complete change, something totally different that would allow me to get to a whole new level of fitness. I have definitely gotten that and a whole lot more during these 2 months worth of training.Prior to my official start date, I had a very thorough one-on-one consultation with Adam in which I provided specific detail as to what my goals are and what I am looking to accomplish. Adam is an extremely attentive person and he is super chill and laid back. He keeps it 100% real and authentic at all times, no beating around the bush and sugar coating which is HUGE for me. Adam even took the time to give me a call the night before and provided me with key information such as what type of food scale to buy, downloading the myfitness pal app which I had never even heard of previously, what type of shoes I would need to get in order to achieve the maximum results from each workout, and so much more. Adam just has a way of making you feel at ease and super comfortable regardless of whatever level of fitness you may be at.Adam is like an encyclopedia of non-stop information. I learned more from our phone call and initial consultation that I had ever known previously. Just an example, during our initial consultation, Adam took body measurements from about 6-7 different spots and thoroughly explained the reason behind each measurement. I was under the impression that it was only 3 major spots max.I learned about macros and micros, how to track my calories, fat, carbs, and protein intake through the myfitness pal app. Adam would always stay on top of me, check in with me from time to time and make sure that I was on track. He also had me weight myself at the start of each new week and provide him with the info in order for him to either keep my numbers the same (calories, carbs, protein, and fat) or tweak if necessary. Adam is always available, extremely flexible, and super prompt in getting back to you via text message or a phone call. Adam is extremely organized with his workouts, explains in detail the purpose for each and every single exercise, and has his attention on you at all times to make sure that your form is on point in order to achieve the maximum result from each set/rep.Adam has a unique ability to understand each and every single one of his clients and what each person can or can not do. He knows when to push and when to back off. What he is, is a compassionate, caring, attention to detail, organized, kind, and thorough trainer. Trust me, this guy has the IT factor, he truly gets it and knows what he is doing at all times.Don't get me wrong, he will push you and definitely challenge you to be the best that you can be. I personally like a trainer that is going to challenge me and kick my butt every single time that we workout together.Adam keeps it new and fresh every single time. You will never ever be bored or feel as if you have plateaued. Just when you think you can't do anymore or push any harder, you find yourself getting over each single obstacle and hurdle, the biggest of which is your MIND. That's what I enjoy the most about Adam. He is completely personable, truly goes out of his way for each and every single one of his clients, always has a positive attitude and a smile on his face, so compassionate about what he is doing, and 110% committed and passionate about his craft. Where do I even begin with Adam.. He's simply amazing and I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. I first got introduced to Adam's services through a friend who I noticed was starting to look really fit and transformed before my very eyes...and inspired me to want the same for myself. My friend sent me to Adam's yelp page and I decided to pull the trigger and try it out for myself. In the 9 months I've been seeing Adam, I've seen much progress and improvement in myself as I work towards my fitness goals and I certainly have Adam to thank for that. Previously, I would go to the gym (on and off) on my own and tried other coaches/programs in the past but I either (1) didn't see the results I wanted and/or (2) eventually left the gym/coach/program because it eventually proved to be too intense for me and was eventually over it. I'm currently still an active client of Adam's and I don't foresee that changing anytime soon. Adam has a way of challenging you but not in a drill sergeant sort of way; he's encouraging (even though I'm definitely crying on the inside after every session with him... Haha). He holds you accountable. And he takes a holistic approach to your fitness in that your progress doesn't stop at the gym and with what you eat but it's also a mental thing too so he also asks you about the highs/accomplishments you've experienced on anything that day or week to ensure you appreciate and acknowledge the wins similar to the mini wins on your fitness journey. When you first meet with Adam, he gets to know you as far as your goals and where you are from a fitness and nutrition perspective. He also gives you an opportunity to ask any questions you have about fitness in general. He then walks you through his coaching style and begins to teach and explain the game plan on how you'll work together to reach your fitness goal. That's what I really like about Adam from the start... That he really takes his time with you, listens and explains the "why" on what you'll be doing from a fitness perspective (in the gym) and nutrition perspective. For me, I explained to Adam the road blocks and pitfalls I've experienced with other coaches and diet/nutrition plans and he really customized his plan for me so that it's both optimized to reach my own goals but also somewhat modified in a way so that I can more likely stick with. Once you start sessions with Adam, you'll find that he'll challenge you but he understands your limitations (like if you're a novice at the gym for example). But know it won't be easy and will never be "easy" since easy doesn't deliver results but at least Adam will help you through it. I see Adam in semi-private sessions so there are usually about 2-3 other clients in the same session but Adam customizes everyone's plan based on their goals so everyone is doing their own thing. Adam does a great job in balancing his time appropriatly between clients. I'm addition to being a great coach, he's super easy to talk to and has become a great friend! He has tons of experience working with a variety of demographics with different fitness goals... once you start working out with him, you’ll run into other clients and see just how diverse his clientele is. (And you’ll be inspired by seeing their progress too!) He always has variations or progressions ready to make sure you’re getting the most effective workout. And he is super diligent about safety and good form — he’s constantly assessing and modifying your movementsIt’s impressive that he has such a busy schedule, with so many clients, but he has never been late or mixed up an appointment time. I'm one of those people who have a hard time gaining weight, so after years of working out with no results, I found Adam, and I couldn't be happier with what he's helped me accomplish in the past year. It was important to me that my trainer was empathetic of my struggles, and Adam fit the bill!First off, Adam's passion for helping people is palpable. He makes sure to let me know of the small wins that day, and that small wins will eventually lead to a big win. Adam also has a way of pushing you to your physical limits without coming off like a drill sergeant, so don't expect the workout to be easy because you'll only be cheating yourself. I'm always exhausted after a session, and I know it's worth it in the end. He's also smart and informative about nutrition and makes sure that I'm getting the right balance of macros and calories to reach my goal. On top of that, he's a great conversationalist, so it feels like you're working out with a friend instead of a trainer. Every session is customized and different, so I'm continually learning new ways to work out, which keeps things fresh. He also never has more than 4 clients working out at the same time together, so it truly feels like a PERSONAL training. Each month, Adam does a weigh-in and measurements, so I'm able to track my progress with concrete numbers and stats. With Year 1 down, I can proudly say that I've gained almost 20 pounds of (mostly) muscle, and I'm slowly getting used to compliments and people calling me a snack :P I can't recommend Adam enough to help you through your fitness goals! Adam is amazing! I enjoyed having that first consultation because he digs deep to find out the real reason why you want to lose weight. Being able to see his training methods compared to others makes me appreciate his talents and his focused he is on you as a client. My wife signed me with Adam for a Father's day gift. I was very skeptical at first and it turned out to be the best gift I ever received. I had always thought that I knew how to work out and all I needed was some motivation to go to the gym. Boy, I was really wrong. After years of improper training and long hours of sitting in front of a computer, I have developed bad posture and muscle imbalance.  Adam was a life savior. He developed custom workouts to help me with my back and to gain functional strength. I originally signed up for 3 months, and soon changed my commitment to a year. After 10 months, I see change in my posture and huge transformation in my body. I feel good about myself both physically and mentally. I used find excuses to not go to gym, now I look forward to working out with Adam every week.If you are serious about finding a trainer, I highly highly recommend Adam. In addition to being knowledgeable, motivational, patient and caring for his clients, Adam is a true professional. I train with Adam and my friend twice a week and it's the something I look forward to after a long day at work. Adam is responsive, positive and passionate about fitness and nutrition! He fosters a positive environment through his actions and words. He is also patient and attentive in being a hands on coach with providing guidance in correcting my form and also explaining what we are doing when doing a specific exercise. In the past 3 months that we have trained together, I am down 9% body fat and 6lbs in body weight. Prior to training with Adam, I was trying to lose weight on my own, but knew that it was time for a change when I had not seen progress over several months. I completed 10 sessions of personal training at 24 Hour Fitness, but found myself bored due to the repetitiveness of the same arm, leg, and core routine each week (often the change was in the reps and weights). I also wanted to find someone who could also help me with my nutrition and also challenge me to step outside of my comfort zone. After talking to Adam during our consultation, I knew that he would be the best resource in helping me to get back in shape. Thank you Adam for helping me get leaner & stronger and also educating me about nutrition when I thought eating too much fruit would be bad! I would have never tried pulls ups or the squat rack on my own, but am excited of the progress that we have had together! More...

Signing up with Adam was the best decision i made in my life, i was so heavy into fitness i really became unmotivated as i was completely clueless as to where to begin my fitness journey again, I’d walk into gym and have no idea where to begin!I reached out to Adam and he has helped me tremendously in such a short period of time, i feel motivated, encouraged to continue and get my body right again and also learning what works best for my body. Adam is such a great guy he is patient yet pushes you to give it your all and most importantly he is so professional and knowledgable(TRAIN WITH TRAINER WHO TRAIN), in only three months i lost almost 30 pounds and im still losing and getting my body in shape!Also i like the gym, has all equipments that are needed to perform multi exercises that you may not be finding or able to do them in normal gyms!! Clean and convenient hours, and a nice location,On top of that he is so friendly and respectful and so serious when the session starts trying his best to make you benefit in each minute you spend it with him till your session ends. Typical story: used to be super active in high school early college then the adulting stressors and excuses set it. Went to the gym here and there but nothing consistent. When I get engaged, that's when I was "motivated" to start. Bring in Adam - I let him know that losing weight was an added plus but my primary goal was to fix my posture. He was completely honest; losing the weight will be about 6 months but the posture was going to take 8-12mo at least. Currently 3 months in, I have lost 7% body fat! & the shoulder and lower back pain I used to have from sitting all day at work is no longer persistently present. I'm currently able to fit dresses I haven't been able to squeeze into for the last two years! I want to say it's because I'm such a hard worker and made all those huge changes to committing to this healthier lifestyle but that definitely did not happen. I do make more conscious decisions about what I eat and make an effort to hit the gym outside of my training BUT it is mainly due to the fact that Adam is such a great resource even when I'm not in his presence. His knowledge, commitment and support is extremely humbling and I'm eternally grateful for him and this experience. More...

I found Adam through my boyfriend who interned for him. He suggested I should give Adam a try and see how I would like it. At first I wasn't all about the idea since I workout on my own at the gym and thought to myself "eh I already know how to workout I don't really need a trainer" but I was WRONG! I definitely needed a trainer. Before Adam, I would go to 24 hour fitness and just wing it with my workouts (so bad, I know). I never really pushed myself or found the motivation. I felt like I was stagnant and there wasn't really progression. But once I started training with Adam, I definitely saw results and felt so much better about working out. I want to start off by saying Adam is not only motivating and knowledgeable, but he is passionate about his work, clients, and their progress which makes me feel confident about his services. Adam really pushes you in workouts and I would always feel so beat and tired after every workout but in a good way! I was challenged and pushed to my potential and it's exactly what I needed. I have never been personally trained before but I'm glad Adam was my first coach! The gym location is convenient, right off the exit by the 55 freeway. Also, the parking at the gym is great since there are a lot of spaces. Although the gym is fairly small,  Adam manages to work around it when it gets packed. Working at this gym is completely different from any 24 hour fitness. How? Well the music is a plus (I think the trainers choose the playlists- they know what gets you pumped!) and the atmosphere is great. The trainers and employees that work there are nice and friendly. You can tell that everyone loves being there whether if they're training, working, or working out. Overall, I definitely recommend Adam as your go-to guy. If you are deciding what trainer will help you see results, feel better, and improve your health, choose Adam! More...

Signing up with Adam was the best decision i made in my life, i was so heavy into fitness i really became unmotivated as i was completely clueless as to where to begin my fitness journey again, I'd walk into gym and have no idea where to begin!I reached out to Adam and he has helped me tremendously in such a short period of time, i feel motivated, encouraged to  continue and get my body right again and  also learning what works best for my body. Working with Adam is great! I went to ABOC because I didn't really know what I was doing in the gym. For about a year I had been just wandering around using different machines, making half hearted attempts to follow various recommendations I'd found online. Basically spending a whole lot of time doing nothing. Adam came up with a program to build my foundation for strength training. He's very thorough and puts a lot of emphasis on good form. The workouts are HARD, but it's a lot of fun and there's good variety. I usually left his sessions a sweaty mess. I typically worked out in the evening during the week, but he has a lot of time slots.I went to ABOC twice a week for about 5 months. In that time I managed to make great progress on a recomp, losing 8.7 pounds of fat while gaining 3.3 pounds of muscle, which you can see from the attached before/after DEXA scan. When I first read the reviews here, I was skeptical about all the 5-star ratings. My previous experiences with personal trainers were always monotonous and uninspired. I'd start out motivated and give up after a few months because of non-existent results, injury, or boredom. I couldn't reconcile my previous experiences at other gyms with the ratings other Yelp users were giving this place. Curiosity mandated that I learn more, if only so that I could call BS.After almost 3 months with Adam, I still look forward to going every day. Going to sessions 4 days/week, I started to see and feel results after about a month; however, the most important change for me was in my overall feeling about exercise. In the past, I had never associated gym-based exercise with fun. Adam and the people here make all the difference.Adam has made the most incredible impact on my life. He is passionate, knowledgeable, and motivating providing the tools necessary to ensure you are getting the most out of the time you are putting in. If you would've asked me 6 months ago if I wanted to go work out, I would've said HA, NO. Hard pass. Thanks but no thanks. Skrttt skrttt. SEE YA BYEEE. No kidding, that was exactly how I felt about the gym. Well, I got tired of feeling that way. I knew that in order to get what I want, I had to WORK for it. My only problem was that I didn't know how. The gym was intimidating, I've never picked up weights, and the machines were my only friends (or more like acquaintances you know but don't really say hi to). Then enters Adam.There's a reason why Adam has 5 stars on Yelp. He is the REAL DEAL. Anybody can direct you and tell you what to do at the gym but Adam goes above and beyond, coming up with personalized workouts made to fit YOUR goals. I remember seeing another client run on the treadmill and I asked him, "Why don't you ever make me do that?" He said, "Because losing fat isn't your your primary goal, your goal is to build lean muscle mass so we're going to be working with weights to help you achieve that." He really listens to you and is passionate about helping you reach your goals. He celebrates small achievements while working towards bigger ones. Just when I think I'm done, he always shows me that I'm capable of so much more. He is truly dedicated to his craft and I couldn't have been happier with him as my coach.To anybody looking into personal training, it is WORTH IT. Especially with a trainer like Adam. Never in my life had I thought I was capable of doing half the things I accomplished while training with Adam. I came to him overweight and out of shape. At 35 years old, 5'3, and 170 lbs, I could not do a single lunge or squat to save my life. A brisk walk of 3.5 speed on the treadmill had me out of breathe. I needed to do something about it and fast. I came across Adam's glowing reviews and reached out. I had reached out to several trainers but his rhetoric, approach, and coaching style was like no other. He was honest and open about the journey I was about to take and made sure that I was truly committed to making changes in my lifestyle. He didn't ask for too much. He showed me how slightly tweaking my diet to be healthier while still enjoying the foods I love, would help me reach my goals without feeling deprived. He personally went grocery shopping with me. The workouts were challenging in a motivating and uplifting kind of way. I didn't think I could push weighted sleds or flip tires; as daunting as these may sound for a newbie like me, I can't even begin to describe the changes in my mentality, giving me a sense of accomplishment and the changes in my definition of my ideal body. I felt stronger and more agile than I had ever felt in my life. His methods are tried and true and were custom fit for me. He was patient and understanding. This review is premature as I signed up for six months with Adam and am only at the three month mark, but I can't resist adding my review and 5 stars now!  3 months in and I'm down 30 lbs!!!!  This would have never been possible without coach Adam!I am a police officer and my job relies on my fitness.  I have had several injuries (2 knee surgeries, a bad back from years of wearing a heavy gun belt, constant elbow pain, etc, etc), and he worked around these injuries towards my improvement.  I can do exercises I never thought I would be able to do, even with these past injuries.I had the typical excuses: a wife, 3 kids, a wacky work schedule and life in general.  I finally realized I needed to hire somebody and boy did I make the right choice.  I needed to do something for me for once and boy what an experience.  Talk about having fun and having positive results at the same time!  His 80/20 rule regarding clients' diet is totally manageable!  I never feel as if I'm missing out.  He has taught me how to eat within reason and plan for outings where I know I will indulge and drink Adam's passion for his clients' success is tangible!  I will periodically text Coach Adam various questions about work outs, shoes, diet, etc. and he never fails to respond with an extremely detailed and knowledgeable response!I've felt the best, both physically and mentally, than I have in several years.  He's constantly pushing you, and, all the while, being friendly and respectful!  I was intimated going to a personal trainer but he has made my fear disappear and now I am constantly looking forward to how many days until he trains me again!  Do yourself a favor, sign up and experience the physical and mental improvement in your life!  This experience, for me, truly has been an experience of a lifetime!  There's a reason he has 5 stars with so many reviews!Thank you, Coach Adam! I stopped training with Adam about 2 months ago and I miss him and his coaching so much! Where do i start?Adam is such a great trainer. He is super motivational and always pushed me to my fullest potential. He focuses on getting you stronger, mentally and physically! I had dislocated my knee 2 years ago and was scared to do lunges again as I would always have pain. During our first session, Adam got me to do lunges without that much pain. He made sure that my knee was ok in every exercise we do. I've made some new friends over the 6 months as well which is another plus. Also learned new workouts that I do at the gym by myself. Before I started with Adam, my main goal was to just look better. I only cared about losing fat, gaining muscle and just "looking better". After a few sessions and many conversations with Adam, I found my mindset shifting from wanting to "look better" to "how do I feel". He changed how viewed fitness. It's not just about being strong but, feeling good mentally.His program promotes healthy eating and his workouts focus on movement. He's friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable. It's easy for a coach to just train you and not think twice about you after you leave the gym. Not with Adam. Adam is by far the best trainer I've come across. They guy is very dedicated to his craft of helping you achieve your body goals. I've been a yo yo dieter and workout junkie without seeing any real meaningful results. Adam is the first trainer I've had who has gone on a grocery haul with me and showed me how to read and pick quality foods that I enjoy but also keep my goals in mind. Adam places a heavy emphasis on mobility and body mechanics that will change the way you lift. His attention to detail and ability to teach and motivate is second to non. I highly recommend him as a trainer especially if you have never trained with a professional. You'll be glad you did. I typically was at the gym 6-7 days per week for about 1.5 to 2 hours each day. Those years and effort combined could not compare to what Adam has helped me achieve in just only 4 months.-Instead of fitting me to a cookie-cutter program, Adam took the time to understand who I am, what I was after, and what I was capable of in order to structure the most effective and efficient program for me. This process exemplifies his ability to produce success in the fitness industry.-My weekly fitness routine consisted of 2 sessions per week with Adam, and 1 or 2 sessions independently (mainly indoor cycling and simple weight lifting workouts). I got back a lot of free time compared to my previous 6-7 days per week, and was able to invest time into relaxing and traveling the world.-My diet consisted of eating under 2000 calories, which was not difficult to adjust to. I would give Aesthetic Bodies OC 10 stars if I could! If you are considering getting a fitness trainer- look no further than Adam. I had gone to Adam to prepare for my wedding this year and I had no idea where to begin. It had been a long time since I had last been in the gym, so needless to say I was very intimidated. The minute I sat down with Adam, my nerves were eased. Adam is incredibly smart and knowledgeable about fitness and health. He broke everything down in very simple terms for me to understand, and his way of working is very approachable and helpful. His workouts always left me incredibly sore all the way until our next session- which I love! I could feel my body getting much stronger and looking more toned as I continued to work with him. Adam is so amazing to work with! I have a crazy work schedule and he is super accommodating with that! I've been working out on my own for years and decided to finally get a trainer to help me prep for my wedding day. I worked out with him twice a week and he encouraged me to workout on my own and eat right! Whenever I had a question on what to eat/what smoothies tastes good with what, etc. he would always respond with a super positive attitude! My personal trainer Adam is technically excellent- and I say that with confidence because he is constantly honing his craft to help you get your best results- physically & mentally! Unlike other personal trainers I've had, his focus during sets & reps is not just towards completion of sets, but targeting the muscle groups his exercises were designed for. He will talk you, walk you, encourage you, & guide you through your workout to make sure you are comfortable & engaged. Honestly, I haven't had this much fun in a butt-kicking work out in forever! His energy and enthusiasm are contagious & truly authentic. Every session feels fresh and fun, and of course absolutely killer. (Thankfully he takes just as much pride in stretching & rehab.) I’ve been going to the gym for a few years now practically doing the same workouts with just minor alterations. At a certain point, I felt my progress slowly reaching a plateau and I needed some sort of catalyst to boost my training. Adam has a good reputation on yelp so I gave him a try for a few sessions.He was able to squeeze me into his schedule on short notice on my first visit. I told Adam that my main goal was firstly, to have explosiveness in my jumps (I want to dunk someday) and secondly, to build functional strength and stamina. Adam got right down to business and structured a full workout for me right on the spot. Every exercise we did, he would explain the benefits, proper form, and answer any other questions I had. Remember, I’ve been going to the gym for years now and after my first session with Adam…let’s just say that I should have trained with Adam years ago.I would recommend anyone that is looking for a personal trainer to give Adam one shot. I am almost 100% certain that he will get you closer to your goal. His passion for his clients is unmatched and you can tell from his social media posts. This is my first strength training personal trainer. I started out with the goal to get more "fit" & healthier. This trainer came recommended to me by 2 good associates of mine, I was impressed with how they had healthier physiques and exceeded their own personal goals so I decided to give Adam a try.I was intimidated to lift heavy weights and I had a knowledge deficit of what a decent gym work out was. I consider myself active. I road cycle 25 miles to the backbay/hills about twice a month, I sign up for fun runs with friends, I enjoy being outdoors and varying my personal workouts from bar method, to Hautte Room, and gym. HOWEVER. My gym and weight/strength training was sub par from my limited background. This trainer is very patient. Very particular about making sure your form and safety is in check before progressing you further. He is constantly striving for modifications that work for your individual needs. He spots you, he analyzes your movements. He makes sure your posture and muscles targeted are activated. He explains and effectively demonstrates the sets. He is focused- and professional about scheduling. He is eager to be professionally invested in his clients, and he is dedicated to professional advancement because he has certifications in personal training and nutrition. As long as you are open minded to learning and getting feedback, he is a great resource to pick his brain about fit tips & healthy sources of nutrition. He works with your personal intake goals- he will work with whatever type of foodie you are (vegetarian, etc). There were times i felt defeated about not having as good a baseline for working out- and he never made me feel bad about where I was at. He kept redirecting my thought process to being positive about making progress even if it was small & that I would get there so long as I was patient and consistent. I feel as though because of our partnership, not only have I progressed further than my personal goal- I want to push myself physically more now that I am gaining a good basis of how to do workouts. And it was pretty awesome when we do the monthly measurements (he measures your arms/thigh/waist/chest and weight) and I see an improvement, he is equally as stoked as you when he sees your achievements. His variations and modifications keep the workouts from being boring. And he ALWAYS re evaluates your confidence level. Which i truly appreciate because some workouts look intimidating, they feel challenging but he wants them to be achievable to do. And will work with you to go from beginner level to intermediate to advanced as you progress. Just when i think i figured something out, he adds weight and modification to dial up the fitness challenge.I highly recommend Aesthetic Bodies especially for people who don't think they can or should lift weights (due to lack of experience) because at the end, you DO lift weights and he makes certain you walk away knowing how to do so safely and efficiently for personal physical growth. He is eager to see you meet your goal and at the end, he is a really good cheerleader/motivator to get to that goal. He has a great attitude. He doesn't yell or belittle you, he uses firm guidance and a steady hand in a zen-like sifu master approach. That far exceeded my expectation because I just wanted to work out and get fit- but after close to 6 months with him, I have gained a better level of understanding of what it takes to get a solid challenging workout for results. I've heard about Adam from some of my friends who've trained with him and had gotten great results so I had to check it out for myself. Working an 8 hour shift everyday at the office leaves me exhausted and all I want to do when I get home is lay down and watch Netflix. I would tell myself "I'll just go to the gym tomorrow", and months went by without exercising. I had gained 7 pounds from eating out all the time and not hitting the gym. I knew I had to make a change so I picked up the phone to schedule my consultation.Right when I walked in I was welcomed warmly by Adam and we went over all of my daily habits, including my commute, how long I'm in my chair at work, etc. He was very thorough in his explanations of what areas to work on for my body. I've been working out for a long time and make a point of staying in shape year in and year out as a lifestyle choice. I have educated myself on how to go about it and work hard to continue to achieve this goal. As you might imagine, there are highs and lows as work, family, injury and other priorities sometimes take precedence. I've stayed committed and never let setbacks get in the way for too long. I'm proud to say results have been decent even though it's never easy to maintain fitness long term. Recently I started working with Adam of Aesthetic Bodies OC and things have taken a turn for the better. It definitely hasn't gotten any easier but for the little extra effort I've invested I'm already being rewarded with much better results. If you ever considered getting a trainer but didn't because you thought it would be a waste of time and money, then you might want to reconsider. Adam is enthusiastic about fitness and provides a lot of individual attention to ensure you remain on track to reach the goals that you decide are important to you at the onset. It's nice to work with a professional who takes your fitness very seriously but I think what I've benefited the most from is his deep knowledge of subject. Sure I know I thing or two myself, but his intimate understanding of how your body reacts to exercise and dietary changes is proving invaluable. The other thing I really like is the way his approach to diet adapts to my preferences, tastes and lifestyle. I can literally eat whatever I want, whenever I want as long as I make adjustments so that my overall intake is within my plan. Have you ever planned to go to the gym, but then last minute say "Maybe tomorrow"? If yes, then you NEED a personal trainer. I have trained with Adam for 4 months, and believe he is one of the most experienced and committed trainer. I started training twice a week, as part of a group session, and I really enjoyed the variety and challenge he put into the sessions. Adam focused on helping me achieve my goals which were to lose weight, gain strength and endurance, and manage stress. In just a short time with him, my fitness has increased noticeably and I've seen improvements in my ability to sustain longer planks, gain higher elevation and longer distances during hikes and backpacks, lift heavier weights, and most importantly for me, have a better POSTURE. I find I look forward to my workouts and even now that I am unable to train with him, I miss it! I must be a glutton for punishment because his sessions were challenging (and fun).As far as personality goes, I found that Adam is extremely down-to-earth. He's outgoing and personable. Any question you have he is more than willing to guide and give you insight about health and fitness. For anyone who has ever felt unmotivated, insecure, or just uneducated about how to get fit and love the body you're in, you MUST seek out Adam! I just started lift weights this past year, and though I've made large gains, I wasn't seeing the results that I wanted for the amount of time that I was putting in the gym. I knew it was time to seek out help. After a short session, Adam was able to understand what my goals were, offer better techniques and detailed for correction, and definitely saved me from almost certain injury! Everything this man says has purpose and reason! No joke after a couple sessions my deadlift grew by 40lbs!Adam has an expansive wealth of knowledge about gaining strength, losing body fat, and getting shredded (like serious just look at this dude)!! He also is incredibly helpful in modifying work outs to assist in rehab/strengthening targeted areas. I had two ailing  and weak wrists and he provided tons of helpful exercises help me out. I've been training for at least 5 years, I personally found out that every a period of time, I have to have some one who can push me to the next level, if you have lifting experience you would totally understand this and agree with me.  I had 4 different coaches before Adam, and I thought I met couple of good ones, but Adam is special. He is more like science based but also knows a lot of skills/techniques/theories about training. I remember in my second session, we were doing some deadlift, he let me show him the form I used to do, then he talked to me for about 5 minuets and he showed me how to do that properly. Just during that session, I broke my PR for another 90 lbs... I did 495 (PR 405lbs) lbs deadlift by changing my form and other details. I was a little bit surprised that how good my body can perform, but I didn't know HOW!He also taught me a lot of scientific theories about diet, which I thought I "know-it-all". Then I brought one of my friends to the gym, who just started lifting about 2 weeks ago, and his goal is to lose weight. He also liked Adam a lot, and told me that he is well "educated" now about losing weight, and it's not just about lifting or cardio, there is so much more things to do. It wasn't until July 2017 that I decided to give personal training another try. I had tried personal training in the past,  but not really happy with the results. As you can imagine, I was skeptical to try it again due to my past experience. However,  from the moment I met Adam, I knew he was a person that could help me achieve new goals and also the one that would help change my life for the better. During the last few months, I have been challenged and pushed by Adam, and he has taught me a great deal. I've been with Adam for 6 months now and he has been an amazing coach! Before this, I had been fairly active in sports, martial arts, and climbing in high school and college. But after graduating, I hit a rut and then within the past year, I dislocated my shoulder and tore my rotator cuff twice, which not only made me feel even more discouraged but also made me significantly weaker. I had been thinking about trying personal training for a while and that's when I decided to just go for it. And after just a couple months, I noticed a big change. I felt better, happier, slimmer, and more energetic. I'm even stronger now than I was before my injury. (I can do 5 consecutive pull-ups now... like, what?!!) And throughout these past few months, Adam has been incredibly supportive and knowledgeable and he shows a great passion for fitness. I also like that he's more of a guide. He makes sure that the exercises are done correctly and pays really close attention to make sure that my form is perfect, but he lets me do the workouts (which, by the way, are individually customized) at my own pace. The same goes for outside of the gym as well: he provides a ton of information on nutrition, but he adjusts the nutrition plan for each person. Plus, the monthly measurements and weigh-ins help to keep me on track. The gym that we use, Next Level Fitness, is also just as amazing. It's clean, has all kinds of equipment from cardio machines to sleds and tires, and has locker rooms/showers. Plus, everyone there is so friendly! And as someone who has to deal with parking problems every morning because of work, I'm so thankful that the parking lot here is huge. He has different monthly plans from twice per week to four times per week and they're all reasonably priced. He's also very flexible with any scheduling changes. My car battery died once right before a session and I've gotten sick so many times and each time, he's understanding and reschedules them without any issue. The workouts consist of an hour of strength training or body conditioning and a half hour of cardio. They're never boring and thanks to him, I always feel motivated to push myself to see if I can lift more, push harder, and run longer. My dad is 58 years old and really wanted to try out a personal trainer because he wanted to get healthier and stronger. My sister recommended Adam since she has been working out with him for two months and was getting amazing results. AlI I can say is that Adam is an incredible trainer for my dad! I was surprised at how much his energy level and body changed so quickly. He started off with no prior weight lifting experience, and Adam gradually improved his weights and technique over time. Soon after he started, my mom and his friends were telling him that he looked much younger than his age and his face looked way more refreshed. I consider myself pretty active and strong. Been working out for roughly 6 years now. Changed the way I worked out and how I ate a good amount of times because plateauing is just not the business. Met up with Adam at Next Level Fitness Gym to try to break the plateau this time around, and boy did he do just that. It's exciting to get trained by such an passionate and motivated trainer because that same vibe and energy gets you to enjoy and progress with your fitness goal as well. His programs and workouts no joke, but what good does an easy work out do for you! Everything is personalized to you so just because he trains one person one way, doesn't mean you'll get the same type of program. Another thing I noticed and have to mention- the gym Adam is at (Next Level Fitness); definitely blows most commercials gyms out of the water. Their equipments such as deadlift platforms, hip trust platforms, tires, multiple sleds, multiple different barbells, Olympic rings for aerobics, to name a few, you just don't see normally. I also really appreciated how the gym is kept clean, organized, and fresh, which is another aspect you expect but don't see very often. I'd like to consider that I have a fairly solid foundation of knowledge when it comes to general fitness and I have been lifting weight for personal development since roughly 2007.Hitting plateaus was a normal occurrence that I have learned to accept on the journey towards maintaining a healthy fit lifestyle and I definitely hit a huge one before I started getting coaching from Adam at ABOC.The result that I made from July-Oct of following Adam's guidance was roughly the loss of around 13 lbs which is an awesome weight loss that I could not have generated by myself if I did not seek out a coach to keep me on the track to success.Adam was able to get into my brain and pick at what I knew and go from there. I hired Adam after seeing the weight loss results and significant health gains his clients accomplished on his social media.  His ability to be compassionate, inspiring, and motivational highly resonated with me.  He learned about my food and activity preferences, professional, and personal lifestyle and created a custom nutrition and exercise plan around that.  Through his coaching program I learned how to incorporate all foods into the program helping eliminate the guilt around eating what I initially thought were "forbidden foods." As a result there were times I didn't feel like I was on a "diet" because I ate a wide variety of my favorite foods. He tracked my weight daily and adjusted my program weekly depending on how aggressive I wanted to get with my weight loss.  This helped me stay accountable.  I was thoroughly impressed that even on weeks I was not following the program 100% I still achieved my goals losing a healthy average of 1-2 lbs per week, losing 10lbs in the first 6 weeks. (Using my husband's account since I don't have one)Adam is an excellent trainer and I think his reviews reflect that.  Adam has been training me for the past 6 months and I have made some major progress.  When looking for a trainer, I was very picky because 1. trainers are costly and 2. I would be paying someone to tell me what to do for at least an hour.  I interviewed a few trainers and when I narrowed it down to Adam, I even asked him if I could try one session with him before signing a 6 month contract.  He was very accommodating and professional.  It is a plus that I like him as a person as well.  If you want a trainer that will help you set and achieve realistic and attainable goals, then Adam is the trainer for you.  His work outs are different than other trainers that you see in the gym and they're challenging and innovative.  You will never be bored.  Unfortunately for me, I am relocating to the LA area, but if I wasn't I would absolutely continue my training with Adam. Can't believe the progress I've made in 5 months with Adam!! I started off with no gym knowledge or background, and barely able to do a push up. Starting off, I was traveling A LOT; but Adam was willing to accommodate and work with my schedule. He fed me a lot of knowledge inside AND outside the gym, helping me be more conscious of my diet and eating habits. I was still able to eat my favorite foods and drink 3-4 days a week. I feel much more comfortable in the gym now and extremely happy with my progress so far. I can honestly say that this lifestyle change was worth every penny. Your biggest regret in fitness will be that you didn't start yesterday. And before meeting Adam, I had felt just that with my personal fitness journey, which was basically NOTHING 8 months ago. I can tell you this, a personal trainer is meant to guide you, not force you - and if you don't invest that level of commitment and stick to it, you can't expect results from anywhere. I had found Adam through a "biggest loser" challenge at my workplace, which was a 2 month competition for cash to see who could lose the highest body fat % and we had ABOC come into take our official measurements. Initially, it was meant to be a fun way to shed off post-holiday food babies of 2017, but in my semi-competitive/obsessive nature I was pretty determined to get serious about fitness for the first time.... pretty much ever. On the first day of the challenge, ABOC came in to take 1 of 2 measurements: the starting measurements, and finishing measurements 2 mo later. After we got our starting full body measurements, right off the bat, Adam forwarded all participants a comprehensive 2-page guide with recommendations to get started on our fitness journey, at any starting BMI. Here's the kicker.Adam wasn't even technically training me specifically. I was one of about 30 people who got measured, but I still wanted to learn more so I decided email him to ask a few questions I had after reading his debrief. If there's one word for Adam, it's passionate - by the next morning, I checked my inbox and saw that he stayed up super late to write me just about the longest email I have ever seen, packed with a gold mine of information about nutrition and fitness that was customized to my body type. Seeking the advice of a professional is something I should've initiated much earlier, but I truly owe it to Adam for sharing his passion with me, because that was the final straw that got my ass off the couch on weeknights to working out instead and being more mindful of the food I put into my body.And consistency is key. I ended up placing 2nd, but seeing all of my measurements go down (and my thighs go up *muscle emoj*) after two months of consistent gym 3-4x a week and my body fat reducing 3%, I can't imagine my life without going to the gym or my instagram feed without sciency-fitness tips. My workouts are typically little to no cardio other than HIIT, followed by around an hour of weight training and stretching with some yoga here and there. I still try to keep balance between fitness and my social life, so I mainly live by the "progress towards perfection" mindset, and after 8 months of massaging moderate exercise into my routine where it never existed before, I haven't looked back and my body has never looked better.Thank you Adam, for you passion and dedication to inspire me to take a new direction in my overall health and fitness. Adam is a coach who believes in a wholesome approach to fitness, where functionality and mobility are stressed at every point in his training. I came to him thinking I would just go for the big lifts and gain mass with a simple program but I was presented with a much better alternative with my total health and fitness in mind. It has only been 3 months (since June 2017), but I can definitely say I have improved my overall strength and physique through a variety of exercises I've learned (I've gained 10 lbs!!) . Adam is a fantastic coach. Before I started training with him, I did cardio 4x/week and tried lots of different workout programs. I could never get the results I wanted though. I decided to train with Adam to lose body fat and get toner, and have already seen changes for the past 3 months I've been with him. I've gotten stronger, learned so much about weight-lifting, and have had so many compliments about my body from friends/family! I'm already starting to see abs form (which never happens for me!!) Backstory - Before I started training with Adam, I had close to zero exercise. I worked an office job with a commute from OC to LA, so I sat on my butt for over half of my day. I would get home from work, drained from long hours in traffic, and would not want to do anything until bedtime. I made excuses for myself that I didn't have enough hours in the day. But, I realized I needed to change something about my lifestyle on this one day I went snowboarding with my friends. My body was out of it after one run down the mountain! I felt so ashamed that I didn't have the energy, strength, or motivation to keep going. Literally, the next day, I reached out to Adam. I was drawn in by his motivation, his progression, and seeing how passionate he was about what he does. I loved that and chose him. I committed to him and he committed to me.Consultation - We met up for a consultation where we discussed goals, his program and pricing. He gave a tour of the facility and took some measurements and pictures. Before day 1 of actual training, he provided guidance and resources for me to learn about a healthy lifestyle, macros, fasting, weight training shoes, etc. This made me feel more prepared for what I was getting into. Training - Day 1 of training, I knew nothing about fitness or weight training. He wasn't just there to show me how to lift weights but really tried to discover what I was looking for. He told me what was realistic and what wasn't. He gave advice on eating..and I love food! I was thrilled to discover methods to be able to eat the yummy things I crave and still build muscle and look good. The first month or so was pretty much a learning phase. Learning the different exercises, proper form, variations of exercises between using a machine or free weights. He focused on making sure I learned things correctly during this phase and we got a feel of how much strength I had.Just after 1 month, I could see changes with my body. Physically, I lost 2% body fat for each of the first few months. After a couple months, I started lifting heavier. I could see definition in my arms and legs, and the booty grew ;) I always thought lifting weights would make a woman look manly. Adam explained why this is a myth and I totally agree now that I see my body transform in a good way. I'm kind of sad I never got into fitness and weight training earlier in my life. Mentally and emotionally, I was on top of the world! I had so much energy and happiness and I can definitely attribute that to me working out. I enjoyed learning different exercises from Adam, asked him questions on why this works and why that doesn't work. I just always felt an amazing, positive attitude. My friends could see it and see how it impacted me and they started to be active too. You don't want to turn old and have these weak, deteriorating muscles. Be active now!  Adam was very flexible. I respected his time and he respected mines. He pushed me to my limits but he also made me feel like I could accomplish anything. I use to be very insecure with myself and my appearance until my friend had referred me to his friend that was a trainer. After meeting up with Richard, the trainer, we talked thoroughly about my is physique and daily habits, what I've tried in the past and what didn't work. In conclusion, Richard helped me create a work out schedule and eating habit that played a major part on in keeping my daily regime. I was going to planet fitness by myself but wasn't feeling like I was really doing apt of effective work outs. I remember always leaving the gym super tired but for many months I didn't see any slight improvement. I transferred gym location to be with Richard and my goodness what difference.He helped correct my form and posture which really help isolate the muscle to grow. Even my friends started noticing some improvements so that really help kept the motivation alive. I came to Adam about a month ago after being off my normal bootcamp routine for many months. I needed to challenge myself in a new way. While I'm certain I had lost a considerable amount of fitness while being off, I had no idea how out of shape I was. He definitely exceeded my expectations for knowledge and results. I had done a fair amount of research on how I wanted to change my diet and was pretty set on pursuing it, but I was concerned the trainer wouldn't be on board. I was thrilled when I discovered he was not only on board with my diet plans, but was an advocate for it as well.  He knows what tools to give his clients to find success. During this past month I lost 2% body fat and primarily off my abdomen, which as I'm sure you know is incredibly beneficial to ones health.The gym he trains out of is decently equipped and the parking isn't a problem.I definitely recommend Adam if you're looking for a trainer. What I like the most about adam is his passion for fitness. He never ceases to amaze me. He never stops learning and is always there every step of your journey. Adam is professional, motivating, and easy to talk too he's a great coach and friend. I started the beginning of April and I have already lost 12 pounds reduced  a few percentage of body fat and inches of my waist, and thighs. First of all, great place and environment overall to be in! Good location in Irvine, CA, in a non-crowded area. There is always parking available. It's a private gym with a very welcoming and friendly environment. The gym is also very clean and there's a variety of equipment available to use during your training session. It never gets boring :)From a new client's perspective, I was looking for a trainer that was knowledgable and understanding when it comes down to physical and mental fitness. I'm so glad I met Adam. He not only educated me in learning how to perform exercises in their most efficient and correct form, but gave important tips on how to create a healthier lifestyle for my well-being. I decided to get a trainer due to having back problems for a long time. I wanted to become strong and I knew Adam was the right one to train me. I met Adam through my friends who have also trained with him. I saw their results and that motivated me to try to achieve mine. Adam was very thorough in answering all the questions I had about fitness; believe me I had many. After training with him for 2 months, I can say nothing but positive things. Adam is like that friend who sees everything that you can succeed in. The friend who pushes you, knows your limits, and sees your abilities as well. The friend who is there when you are able to do something you didn't think you can do. Whether it was that extra rep of squats, or that extra set of curl ups, he's there to motivate you to keep going. Been going to Adam overall for about 5 months on and off through out the year. His teaching is invaluable because it's not your basic weight training. Everything is customized to you as an individual and it's training you will carry on with the rest of your life if you learn the right way. On top of that his nutritional information and guidance provides you so that you don't stop enjoying the food you like. He doesn't make you cut out any food, beer, cake, burgers, but just make sure it's in moderation and within your macro schedule. I've been training with Adam now for 3 months and I am so happy to have found him. Before I found him, I was a cardio bunny and was running the treadmill a lot but over time, I dreaded it because it was so boring. When I was still a student at UCI, I went to the ARC and tried to use weights but I realized that I didn't know what I was doing and how to use the weights effectively. I came across Adam through my friend and honestly, I am so glad to have him as a trainer. He is extremely patient and encouraging which I find to be very important when looking for a personal trainer. As a newbie, I had tons of questions and he was very patient with answering all of them (including de-bunking some fitness myths). He is very encouraging and always motivates me to go the extra mile and to challenge myself. He teaches me to be self-sufficient and to make long-term consistent goals. Working out at Aesthetic Bodies has helped me  transform my life. Like most people around here, I like the gym, I go work out, but really lacked the fundamental training and discipline to achieve real progress, which then brings Aesthetic Bodies into the equation. My friend is currently working with Adam so I decided to tag along for a work out early Friday morning. We did a group work out with my friend me and my sister. Adam is super friendly, he got us rotating at four different stations. my favorite was a pull up with these big rubber bands and he definitely helps at the end when my arms can't handle it. He shows you how to do it and watches to make sure your form is good. I like working out in a group environment it motivates me Arm day didn't seem super intense at the time but I felt it the next three days. The gym was not huge but they had a bunch of equipments, we didn't have to wait for any machines and there's even an outside area where you can get sunlight and other people were flipping a big tire and using ropes. I recommend Adam and I would get personal training here but I work in San Diego county. More...

My friend introduced me to Adam and he was great! We did arm day and I was definitely sore for a few days after. I don't usually work out and he customized my workout where I felt comfortable going at my own pace while pushing me a little. The gym was packed but enough equipments to go around where I didn't have to wait for anyone. Being in this type of environment really motivates you to try harder and challenge yourself. Adam has been such a great trainer since day 1. After my 24 Hour membership ended about 3 months ago, I have decided to go with a personal trainer instead. I have to admit, he definitely pushes me beyond my own limits. I got tired of being inconsistent when I was going to the gym on my own because I wasn't able to push myself to the next level. Now I can honestly say I feel better about myself especially after working with my personal mentor and coach. With his patience and optimism, he will help anyone reach their goals whether you like it or not. When it comes to fitness, you need consistency. With Adam, I found the consistency I needed to stay motivated in order to reach my New Year Resolution goal of getting back into shape. I gave myself a short term goal of increasing my cardio session and a long term goal of losing 20 lbs. by the end of Q1 2017. Adam helped me figure out what was causing my knee pain and was very professional, thorough, and empathetic. He explained that I should seek out a chiropractor and also recommended some self help stretches and specific exercises. Although I am still seeking out a chiropractor, the stretches, as well as the in depth explanation of how my IT band and tense glutes might be a few of the reasons why my knees were in pain, have been very helpful and have been immensely helpful in alleviating some of the pain I've been experiencing :) Thank you Adam!! This is a long overdue review on Aesthetics bodies OC (ABOC). It has been a few months now with my trainer Adam. Around May, I approached Adam to better myself as I am getting older and wanted a lifestyle change. I dropped pants size from a 36 mens to a 32 mens. My shirts now properly fits and doesn't look like I am trying to suffocate my arms and stomach while being 3 months pregnant(I'm a guy) LOL. It is the best decision that i could have ever made.I've trained with few different trainers but Adam stands out from everyone else. Adam is very informational and thorough. He is a detail-oriented trainer. Also, Like everyone says on previous reviews, He is VERY passionate with helping others achieve their goals. He takes your goal in mind and makes sure you reach that goal and beyond. I have days where i wanted to give up but his motivation makes me motivated to come in and do work. Adam makes sure you stay on track. He embodies everything you will need in a trainer from correcting your form to understanding nutrition (which I'd say is the most important part in this new lifestyle).  He has taught me so much about this lifestyle i had no clue about a few months ago. I have so much confidence now that I feel like I can become a trainer and take his spot LOL! (Jk Adam, you da best).The gym we train in is very well equipped to do whatever is need to reach my goal. It is definitely different from commercial gyms. I was always afraid of working out due to being judged by others in commercial gyms but Adam instilled confidence in myself. It's been almost 6 months since I have started training with Adam and I can confidently say that it was one of the best decisions I have ever made! Not only he is very informative, but he is also very detail oriented and genuinely cares about his clients. Adam is AWESOME. And what's more awesome is how I feel about myself after training with Adam for close to 5 months now. I've lost 7% body fat, dropped 14 lb in body weight and reduced my waist line by 4 inches!!!  I was very hesitant about getting a trainer at first and I'm so happy with my decision and so happy with my results. I actually like working out now!  Adam has been great throughout my entire journey starting with the consultation (which is complimentary btw). We went through baseline measurements, photos and he answered all my questions and talked through my concerns. He's very thorough and in depth with his coaching and instructions and I love that he's so detail oriented and very passionate about what he does. I was seeking a personal trainer to get back in shape after my pregnancy. I'm the type of person that rarely goes to the gym because I find it intimidating and I don't like working out in front of other people. When I do go to the gym, I always need a buddy so I thought why not get a personal trainer as a buddy? I also needed someone there to push me past my limits, plus I have absolutely no knowledge regarding fitness and nutrition. I found Adam by surfing through Yelp and he was listed as one of the top trainers in the Irvine area. I was also very impressed with the results of his other clients, so I decided to contact him. We had an initial consultation where we discussed my goals and he answered any questions/concerns I had. After the consultation, I was sold. Adam was intimidating at first, but his knowledge and professionalism led me to quickly sign on as his client, knowing I had found the right trainer. Adam really looks out for his clients' best interest. He is so invested in each client that YOUR SUCCESS=HIS SUCCESS. He is very meticulous when he trains you and he'll correct you on your form right then and there if he sees something wrong. Not only does he know exactly how to target each muscle group, but he is also very knowledgeable about nutrition. He uses a science-based approach that does not limit the types of food you can eat. If you're really committed to achieving the results you want, Adam will be flexible with you and I value that, especially because I already have such a hectic schedule. He has helped me obtain an overall healthier lifestyle and a more positive outlook on working out and I can't thank him enough for that. There are so many reasons why Adam is such an amazing trainer. Personal trainers are a dime a dozen, but the type of results and experience you get with Adam will blow your mind! He takes the time in getting to know your body composition to best meet your goals. As a veteran I have several injuries from being in the service over the years. Honestly, hands down the best trainer I've ever had. I've had a trainer in the past that was very blasé about my fitness and overall health. We didn't have a very good dynamic, however, that is definitely not the case with Adam. He genuinely cares about me and my overall health and fitnessI approached him earlier this year about getting myself back into shape. He gave me a complimentary consultation (which was extremely insightful) followed by a tour of the gym. After that day I knew I had found THE ONE trainer that I could rely on. Everything from the apps that he suggested (MyFitnessPal), to proper workout shoes, to proper nutrition have been spot on. He's always available (I've texted him at like 2am because I felt bad about eating carne asada fries the night before our session and he actually responded). Oh, not to mention he's completely professional and hilarious.Adam is pretty stern when it comes to his workouts but it's only because he's so passionate. His methods are efficient, which is just what I need when it comes to working out (everything was hurting after our first initial session). I love that he takes the time to explain each move and is very patient with me when I do fall off a little bit (Vegas, why you gotta do me so dirty?). You know the feeling you get when you walk into a fitness center and personal trainers to you, feel like used car salesman trying to earn a buck?Adam, one of the best trainers I've ever worked with, (5 total I've worked with) IS DEFINITELY NOT THAT.He gives grade A consultation with absolutely no pressure at all. Gives baseline measurements, photos and answers any questions or concerns you may have. This process (the consultation) by the way is TOTALLY FREE.This guy is absolutely passionate about his profession and I can see it in the way he acts both during and not during our training sessions.He's extremely thorough in coaching and very detail oriented, (Almost OCD it seems in a good way) Before coming on board with ABOC I recently went through a patch in life where I was noticing an asymmetrical development occurring in multiple parts in my body and this is why I decided to seek out for strength conditioning coaching with a bodybuilding background. (Pretty rare nowadays) When we started doing compound movements he let me know of the exact cognitive muscular imbalances I was experiencing all from the exterior with his eye. (I was sold at this point)I signed on as his client in mid January under a very professionally done contract btw (I've been in contact with coaches who literally have contracts that have like four lines, just seems unprofessional) We've done body testings every week and progress wasn't always linear because of the lifestyle I live but when I was on the same page as Adam had desired for me I made SO MUCH Progress. In the span of about 5 months I've dropped almost 7% bodyfat, (23 to 16.7) 17lbs in bodyweight, and I've never really cared about waist sizing but I actually lost 4 inches, and yes all while doing powerlifting based movements. (that's for the ladies if you're reading this)Adam is on point with tracking my calories and macronutrients. I needed a coach who understood the science of nutrition and not just some cookie cutter coach who dishes out meal plans. (big no no in my book) He's made some awesome adjustments during my program, and to keep me accountable he makes me do a measurement assessment on a regular basisI'm currently still working on dropping some bodyfat under his coaching and plan to pursue bodybuilding someday in the future, but for now I just really have fallen in love with lifting at ABOC and Adam truly is a wonderful coach, person, and mentor.He's got a MUCH different outlook on everything than the standard personal trainer and I can say whole-heartedly he cares about my success more than anything and there's no better driving force than that in a coach. I've only been training with Adam for about 3 months and I can confidently say that I plan to be here for the long run. Before training, I never.... NEVVVERRRR set foot in a gym, nor felt the want/ need to workout. I had a 24 hour gym pass for 3 years and used it twice. That's not even once a year. All the machinery intimidated me, and I didn't know which workouts to implement to target the areas I felt needed work. I found out about Adam through my sister. Seeing her results in just 4 months of training with him and hearing how passionate she was about living a healthy lifestyle really motivated me to change up my ways. Adam makes everything about working out enjoyable. The most valuable quality about him is the fact that he's constantly educating his clients. As you workout, he explains exactly what you're working on, what's going on in your body, what kind of results it will get you, and he'll even show you other workouts that will give you the same result! Almost nothing great in the world cannot be achieved without passion. And Adam has that burning passion for his work and business. I've known Adam before he started his business at ABOC. He always have had this unique passion for fitness, health and nutrition. It wasn't till a year or so ago when I reached out to him for help with my goal of losing weight & reducing body fat. He provided a very thorough complimentary consultation at the facility he is currently working at called Next Level Fitness. We did a tour of the place, goal setting, background assessments, before photos and baseline measurements al within one consultation. Unlike my past inquiries with previous trainers, I could tell during the assessment that Adam truly care and interested in my well being as a person. Adam provided me with his honest opinions and answers to my questions without coming off as a hard-seller or pretending like he knew it all; he was very easy to talk to which is what I liked. During the assessment, Adam also taught me the importance of tracking my calories & macronutrients on an app like Myfitnesspal for my goals. Training during the first few months wasn't easy but it was definitely challenging vs going by myself. Adam is a walking encyclopedia of informations. He walked me through almost every exercises with thorough instructions and key points. Adam isn't the type to scream or yell in your face like a drill sergeant but instead, he provide great encouragements and compliments. He also checked in on me during my days off to see how I am doing with tracking my foods and how I am feeling after each workouts. After a few months of training, progress started to come and show. He had helped me dropped 22 pounds in bodyweight, reduced my body-fat by 9% and lowered my waist belt by 5 inches. I was very pleased with our work. The facility is very roomy and had a lot of strength and conditioning equipments that you wouldn't be able to find at normal commercial gyms like: difference level tires, battle ropes, sleds, trap bar for deadlifts, deadlift platform and more. The gym is also conveniently located by John Wayne airport and is nearby 5 major freeways: 55, 73, 405, 55 & the 5. Parking is private and is first come first serve basis. The front end of the gym also has a well center that provides other services like Chiropractic, Massage Therapy & acupuncture. Overall, I am very very pleased with the time I had spent with Adam and his training knowledge. I now know how to take care of my well being and nutrition without cutting out my social life and can take on the gym with much more confidence than before. It's crazy how much Adam has influenced my life in and outside our sessions. I was always a skinny guy that struggled to gain weight due to my fast metabolism and lack of physical activity inside the weight room. During my tennis season in 2014, my coach introduced me to Adam and through his training and guidance, I have honestly become a more confident guy. I've learned how important it is to eliminate the ego inside and outside the gym because it prevents you from true growth whether it's mental or physical.    With the help of Adam, not only have I learned the proper form and techniques for certain workouts but I've also learned to use the app My Fitness Pal to track up to almost every food that was entering my body and committing to the goals that I was able to custom set. It's a simple program that you can either scan the barcode of the food product or search it in the system and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking to live a healthy lifestyle.    When I first started working out, my greatest struggle was overcoming my ego. Adam helped me realize the importance of gym etiquette, and by that I mean putting weights back in the correct places and acknowledging one's limits. A couple weeks after my tennis coach introduced me to Adam, I immediately signed up for his services and began conditioning and training during off-season. What I enjoyed most from my experience at ABOC were the outdoor circuits that involved rotations of flipping tires, pushing sleds, and battling ropes. Even though they circuits kicked my ass each and every time, I always felt accomplished after. I knew Adam before he started Aesthetic Bodies of Orange County.  When I first met him, it was abundantly clear how passionate he was about fitness, and that stayed with me because nothing great in the world has been accomplished without burning passion.  After working at a job where my lifestyle level was sedentary, I decided to contact Adam to help me lose weight and get stronger because I knew he could give me results.  Adam introduced me to an app called MyFitnessPal and FindMyMacros to help me track my protein, carbohydrate and fat intake.  Keep in mind, I love food more than I like people, so "dieting" usually does not cross my conscious thoughts.  My eating habits are dependent on my stress levels at work; it can range from eating very healthy, to gorging myself with obscene amounts of food, to eating nothing at all.  Lucky for me, Adam gave me the tools for a non-restricted way to diet, while enjoying my favorite foods, and achieving my fitness goals.   When I first started weight lifting with Adam, and his assistant Richard, I was very intimidated, skeptical reluctant, and feared being a complete novice.  But eventually that all changed.  Adam and Richard have completely built my confidence, my strength, and continue to challenge me on a daily basis.  My posture has improved, my energy levels have increased, and now I can twerk like Beyoncé.    Adam displays a tremendous amount of knowledge in the methods that he uses to bring my goals into a reality.  He focuses on the individual needs of his clients, but most importantly, he genuinely cares about their well-being.  If you are looking for a personal trainer, Adam is your guy.  I promise you will not be disappointed. Adam was referred to me from a friend as a trainer that is enthusiastic, very knowledgeable, passionate about his career and affordable.  Getting a referral was important to me and the being affordable piece was huge as most gyms with personal trainers where I live are crazy expensive.  My referral talked so highly of him I called soon there after.  And I can see why...he listened...to how I wanted to pull my shoulders back, strengthen my back (after having 2 kids my back acts up a lot) and tone my thighs.  I was so worried I was going to get hurt weight training.  But he monitors you closely to ensure you are using every weight and part of your body perfectly.  I have been with him for 5 months now and have zero injuries which is amazing for me.  You will be sore but that means it's working!!!  He really knows his stuff and is a great motivator really pushing you.  I mean that is the point right!  When I started doing lunges and squats in the beginning week, it was scary, deemed impossible in my mind and well I hated them.  Now I feel the opposite.  I can do them and while it still is a workout (great for those legs) I don't worry it will hurt my knees or that I won't have good form.  He got me there...he knew that I could do it.  I won't forget him for curing my lunge/squat fear!The gym is nice, perfect size not to big and not to small.  He utilizes the fresh air out behind the gym while training you which I love.  Everyone seems really nice.  So much better than my gross old 24 hour fitness gym.  He shows up, he cares and is committed and has really taught me a lot.  Thanks Adam! If you're looking for a trainer, look no further! I started training three months ago and I feel stronger and healthier than I have ever felt! It's really motivating when you feel and see the results! I initially came to Adam with one goal in mind... Get fit for the wedding! After I was engaged, I wanted to look and feel my best on the big day. Adam has helped me focus on my training and has taught me how to make training and nutrition a lifestyle change. He has helped me understand Marco nutrients and how I can make better and healthier choices. Adam is unlike other trainers out there who recommend a "cookie cutter" diet plan and send you off.. He truly customizes your plan to meet your individual needs and offers so many tips to help along the way. Another reason I value Adam as a trainer is that his recommendations are evidenced based. As a person in the medical field, I'm interested in the research that supports any practice. Luckily, Adam values this as well. Adam has helped me enjoy weight lifting again. I used to have a gym membership and I would absolutely dread picking up the weights. Now, I look forward to weight training and I'm motivated by my continued progress. Adam really focuses on form and movement. As a previous dancer, I value how he includes a variety of movement to our sessions. My strength and range of motion continues to improve, which is awesome! Adam is the man! If you want a trainer that will make sure you stay on top of your fitness goals and focused he's the guy! he has taught me so much about fitness and how to maintain a clean and healthy diet. I am now eating right and working out consistently thanks to his guidance. Adam won't just tell you what to do he will guide you and make sure that you're doing everything correctly from your form to making sure that you've completed all your reps. Adam is the perfect embodiment of everything a trainer should be. I have been training with Adam for one year now, and his passion can easily be seen through the progress of his clients. As someone who was tired of doing the same mundane routines at the gym, Adam makes working out fun and exciting. While some would want to sleep in on their days off, I wake up looking forward to our morning workouts together. Adam's workouts are no joke. You will love the progress you see in yourself, but you will also sit in your car after your session to collect your thoughts and think about what a crazy workout you just had. Adam is an excellent motivator, but he is also very stern. He has eyes like a hawk and will correct you as soon as he sees incorrect form. You don't just gain a trainer with Adam, you gain someone who truly cares about your health and well-being. He will consistently check up on you after your sessions together and give you any advice you may need. He even takes his clients out to dinner during the holidays as a token of appreciation--you can't buy that!The location is great and there is plenty of space. Adam is a trainer devoted to his clients and business; he cares more about your success than about the money or his own time. There are a lot of reasons why I feel this way, like when he was the only trainer (at a gym of 15-20 trainers) spending his 8pm hour last Friday night training his clients. Adam is not the type of trainer who's going to "yell" at you to get you to work harder. But, he will set up a routine each session that will definitely give you an excellent work out--I am always quite sore in the appropriate muscle groups afterwards. He is also meticulous in watching your form. Trust me, over seven mos of training at the same gym, and given how much I've learned about exercise form, I've noticed there are two types of trainers: those that care that you're doing the form correctly, and those who do NOT care at all. Observing the same trainers day in and day out (while trying to catch my breath during breaks!), Adam is part of the former group, meaning you're paying for the expertise you should be getting. But, you have to realize you won't succeed just by training with Adam 3 or 4 times a week. You have to accept that in paying Adam for his training, you are also changing your lifestyle, like your signing a costly personal contract about your health.  This means you still aren't going to get desired results unless you change your eating habits and incorporate more exercise in your life (outside of training, too.) I can say it's been a tough struggle for me bc I love sweets, but over 7 mos. I have slowly lost body fat percentage. But, what's most amazing is that I'm a young adult with hereditary high blood pressure. I don't measure my BP regularly like I should, so I only know what it is at doctor's. I went to the doctor once about 3 mos. into training and received the healthiest BP reading (110/80!!!!!) I've EVER received  in a decade of adult life. I've also moved from the "obese" range to "acceptable" range recently in terms of body fat...and I think my next month weigh-in (where he measures weight and body fat) is going to be my greatest loss in body fat yet :))) Finally, I notice that my arms are getting big. When I shower, I can feel how much thicker my arms are, and what's even weirder is how big my previously non-existent back muscles feel! He has an excellent, high-positive energy assistant trainer who helps him out. Scheduling is very easy; Adam is very flexible including in his cancel policy (6hrs notice.) I have been training with Adam for 5 months now. Before training with Adam, I would work out on my own but it was not as consistent and I wasn't getting the results I wanted. Before Adam, I would go to the gym to do mainly cardio for an hour thinking that was a real workout. I would do minimal strength training in fear of getting bulky if I lift too heavy. I would also take cycling and yoga classes to make my workouts fun. Although they were fun, I wasn't achieving the results I was looking for. Adam makes working out and training fun! I never get bored of our workouts. In fact, he makes me enjoy working out so much, that I actually enjoy going to the gym on my own for hours on our off days. I started training with Adam in October 2015 at 2x a week. I was loving my results so shortly after two months, I decided to train 3x a week. At my 5th month currently and am loving the results. What I love about Adam's training is how meticulous and detail oriented he is. He will help you get to your goals with his knowledge and training. He knows how to work literally every muscle. Even muscles I never knew I had! What I also love is how much of a stickler he is on FORM. He does not want his clients to injure themselves and wants to make sure the correct muscles are being worked on. Fitness is an investment but at the work and quality Adam brings for his clients is rare to find in a personal trainer. He really cares for his clients and wants to see his clients get to their goals. You won't find a trainer like Adam. I have been getting compliments from my friends, coworkers, family, and my boyfriend about my results. All thanks to Adam, I can still enjoy all of my favorite foods (flexible dieting) and train hard! You're paying for the education, training, and looking hot. Today I tried on dresses I wasn't too confident in 5 months ago, and tried them on today and loved what I saw. As long as you put your full trust in Adam, follow his advice and challenge yourself during your training sessions.. You will get the results you want guaranteed. I have been working with my trainer, Adam To since July and the results have been phenomenal! My first session, I got my butt kicked and was so sore for the next few days but that didn't stop me from coming back. Adam is extremely professional and thorough with his workout plans and explains how each workout benefits your body. He gives great tips for better dieting and gets to know his clients on a personal level, making me feel like I am more than a client he meets with an hour a day.  He doesn't mind demonstrating workouts over if any of his clients are having trouble understanding the form. I really appreciate how he focuses on my strengths and weaknesses and conducts the appropriate workouts to enhance and improve then. The facility is super comfortable! I love how the is so much room to do so many things. All the trainers are extremely friendly; they make the environment fun and they are always encouraging everyone because well, we're all here to leave looking good (:  I would definitely recommend this gym to everyone! Beginners, have no fear! The trainers and staff make you feel so welcomed. The moment you step foot into this gym, you are automatically a part of their community and everyone does nothing but encourage you to be at your best. Before meeting Adam at Aesthetic Bodies, I thought I knew a thing or two about working out and training and eating healthy and stretching and everything in between... But boy oh boy did he open my eyes to all the many things I didn't know! I met Adam at a networking event - I own a Bookkeeping business - and little did I know a few months later I would be adamant he train me.From day one, he's been extremely helpful and supportive, and any time I have questions outside of the gym he's always willing to give me advice and tips. Just one example: I was out of town for work and my sciatic nerve was absolutely killing me a few days post workout. I was a competitive cheerleader and gymnast back in college and had a back injury, so my back gets pretty fussy sometimes. I asked Adam if there was any kind of stretch or exercise for the pain that I could do while I was away without a gym handy, and he sent me links to videos of the exact exercises I should do that would help until I got back. And it worked. He also focuses on my problem areas like that so I don't injure myself more - and helps me strengthen my core to alleviate my back issues. Pure awesomeness.With my actual work outs, he knows exactly when I'm doing improper movements and addresses it on the spot. He pushes me just to that perfect limit every time. The results I've gotten from him are absolutely incredible. I feel so much more energetic and healthy because of him, and feel like I have that "college cheerleader body" coming back and in no time! I have been proscrastinating a little too long and this review is definitely overdue!I am probably as "beginner status" as it gets. I never stepped foot into a gym (let alone have a personal trainer). I was always shy and very self-conscious of my body. The only reason that motivated me to contact Adam was my wedding. Wedding was end of November, I started with him in August. Completely terrified but hopeful, I placed my trust in my personal trainer. That decision was probably one of the best ones I had made for myself!I had no prior experience with gym equipment so I was very intimidated and nervous when I first went it. However, Adam was very attentive and thorough. He explained and instructed very well. Surprisingly, itt was pretty easy to take direction from him. He has amazing intuition when it comes to gauging what his clients can/can't handle. That is a very important attribute in developing a sound relationship with your trainer. How can you really give your all if you don't fully have trust in that person, right?Adam helped me focus on realistic, attainable goals. Not only did he help me lose weight AND body fat 3 MONTHS before my wedding, he also coached me in eating better. I had no idea what the hell macros were before I met him. As silly as it sounds, I never really understood the value of eating healthier WHILE working out simultaneously. Such a simple idea has kind of been lost, if you ask me. At the end of it all, you need both for a healthy lifestyle. Not one or the other, BOTH together. And that idea has unfortunately been under-appreciated. My boyfriend has been going to Adam for over a year now and boy, I have seen MAJOR results! He used to go to the gym by himself, but without the proper knowledge of how to appropriately target each muscle. Therefore, he wasn't able to have dramatic results. After the first few months with Adam, he began to have definition! With consistent working out and dieting, my boyfriend was able to gain weight and still look good. He was surprised by the results. Not only was he able to gain muscle mass, but he was able to gain knowledge about how to properly work out and target each muscle. Adam explained to him in detail about all of his areas of concern. My husband and I have been training with Adam for over a year. I have had experience with other personal trainers but they have not given the variety and push as I have seen from Adam. In a year, I have lost 20 lbs. and over 10% body fat. My endurance and flexibility have increased substantially. Adam taught me how to watch my macros and introduced me to my fitness pal. I've been working with Adam for about 4 months now. Before then, I was working out on my own for about a year pretty consistently. After every workout, I never really felt a good pump, so I decided to try a personal trainer.Adam has a lot of different workouts in mind and no two workouts are exactly the same. This has me feeling sore and pumped almost all week. It's a big difference from what I was used to. So far, almost every workout has had me drained by the end of the session...and Adam doesn't try to rush you even if your workout slips a few minutes past the hour. Past the training itself, Adam also will advise you on your diet, which is the most important part to see results. Even after the workout, Adam is available to answer any questions you have as he will give you his personal phone number to reach him. Currently, we are still trying to find the sweet spot as I haven't lost any weight, but he is constantly tweaking the diet and isn't giving up on finding how much I should be eating to lose weight. After having two kids I try to loose weight with previous trainers but didn't have a luck. Adam helped me drop my weight from 130 to 110 pounds plus get in an amazing shape with tons of mussels. And I know there is more to come and I'm so exited to see the results!! The place where he trains  NLF is the perfect gym for me. It's in a great location, has lots of equipment and clean. Alittle about myself, I am a business owner and an reserve military officer in the army. It's important for me to keep myself mentally sharp for my business and physically in shape for my troops. Before I found Adam, I was going to the gym TWICE a day (Five in the morning and five in the afternoon) just so I can have a balance of cardio and weightlifting... but overtime, it became very draining and it gets harder to maintain as my business grow...Today I train with Adam 3 times a week and I can't tell you how much difference it make to have a GREAT personal trainer, he is able to help me get into better shape with in half of the time I spend in the gym... and as an entrepreneur this means I get to spend more time on my clients and time to myself. I wanted to skinny again, and by skinny again I meant my high school days where 150 pounds looked HOT. I begged Adam to make me skinny again. He accepted the challenge and told me that he could do MORE than make me skinny; he said he could give me the physique that I've always desired just as long as I'm completely committed to him.I trusted him and I made that promise.I've had no prior experience with a personal trainer. To be honest, I kind of hate working out. I know nothing of fitness and nutrition.It's like this - a struggling math student hires a math tutor. A person looking to get fit hires Adam. It's the same thing because, with Adam, you will get the education and the motivation to achieve your goals, whether it's a math test or your health and physique.But let's cut to the chase - I've lost 10 pounds since starting with Adam in July 2015. I've gone from approx. 24% in body fat to 16.6% in body fat (that's ACCEPTABLE to FITNESS in just 3 months!). I've been eating better with his advice on my nutrition and I've been doing my homework outside of the gym (he does request some form of cardio outside of the training sessions like biking or swimming). I mean, talk about RESULTS.What separates him apart from other trainers is that he is meticulous and detail-oriented. He will get on your ass about your form because if you're working out under his watch, he ultimately wants you to do it RIGHT so that you don't INJURE yourself. I look around me all the time at the surrounding trainers at Next Level Fitness and almost all of them fail to correct their clients form. He doesn't ever let me take the easy way out (constantly changing my weights because I'm a p*ssy). He sees EVERYTHING lol.He takes my measurements at the end of each month cycle. I love this. I have been training with Adam for a 4 months now. I honestly did not expect much from personal traniners until I met Adam. He pretty much set the bar for what a personal trainer is suppose to be.  Most trainers are pretty much set in their ways of teaching.  Adam takes the time to know and understand your goals.  He knows all his clients well enough to cater to their personal fitness needs whether if you are trying to lose weight or gain muscles. He is very reponsive through text and calls. That is very important to me.  I can contact him any time of the day and expect a reply almost instantly. I get him 4 days out of the week in term of traning but 24/7 in term service. Do expect to work hard with Adam. You will gaurantee to drench sweat with him.  There is no short cut to fitness. It takes determination and patient. Adam truly taught me that. One hour with him is equivalent to 3 hours by myself. The quality of excercises that he pushes upon you is very effective.  His knowledge is very vast. As for the gym. I'm really impressed with the layout and equipments they carry.  The gym is a good size. Imagine a mechanic car garage filled with equipments and fit good looking people. Free weights are stacked on one side, machines in the middle, and an open area for crossfit traning on the other side. There is a cardio room right next to the juice bar owned by Adelfo. There are 2 locker rooms and 2 bathrooms. Ventilation is good as always. Music set up is great. For additional spaces, people go outside and train in the parking lot. It's a nice way to get fresh air.  The gym is fill with great vibes and motivation. I love it every time I come.  Everyone is friendly and very knowledgible about fitness.  I had membership to 24 hour fitness, Planet Fitness, and LA fitness but being at Aesthetic Bodies makes me feel more comfortable. I hate working out, usually when I go to the gym I only stay for 20 mins. I started going because of my boyfriend he is one of Adam's clients, of course I wanted to be fit too. Adam was nice enough to give me a trial so now I have been with him about a year now. I love how he is so passionate with his job, he is a good listener btw. He is always making sure I'm doing it right. There is some days I really hate the workouts but for sure there is no way I'm going to come up with his workouts. I've been training with Adam for 3 1/2 months now. I recently gave birth in November and having a new baby can make it difficult at times to work out. Since training with Adam, I've seen noticeable positive changes in my body. I have lost 17 lbs. and dropped 7.3% body fat. My waist line has also shrunk by 2.5 inches and I have lost 3 inches off my hips. Training with Adam is tough, but perseverance and eating sensibly has paid off.  Adam is very knowledgeable and makes every second of training count. He makes sure you make progress every week and focuses on different body parts. Adam also checks in with you to see how you are feeling and communication is crucial to him. Motivation is very important and his "you can do it" attitude helps keep you focused in working towards your goals. Adam is flexible and works with your schedule and he does not allow you to give up. Just when you are ready to say you can't do it anymore he is there to make sure you finish your reps. Adam constantly switches up my routine and likes to check in with me to see what is working, to discuss my diet, and he has given me many helpful tips on nutrition. Adam has also taught me about intermittent fasting and this is now something I practice regularly.   The training location is right off the 55 freeway and conveniently within reach of the 5 and the 405 freeways. The gym has a great atmosphere and people are friendly and willing to help if needed. I am very impressed with Adam and with the results I have achieved training with him. First, here's a little history about myself; I have no prior knowledge of fitness or nutrition. The thought of weight training frightened me, the idea of going to the gym looking puny and tiny was also very intimidating. I had no confidence in myself and I was a huge skeptic when it came to personal trainers because I assumed that they are just here to sell sell sell! There are many skeptics like me but I want you guys to know that this is completely wrong, especially with Adam! He is a trainer for a lifestyle change. I first approached Adam questioning about the world of fitness because I was unhappy with my health and physique and I wanted a positive change in my life. I just wanted to feel good about myself for once. Adam assured me that with my determination and his motivation, I will reach my goals. I jumped into this with no prior knowledge nor any clue of how to use any of the gym equipment or what muscles each exercise worked on. He was very patient and detail-oriented in teaching me the proper techniques for each exercise I've done because I was literally starting from scratch. He was able to demonstrate and even explain why I'm doing it this way instead of that way etc. etc. and ways to avoid injury, and of course better/faster results for the long run. Adam is really good at gauging your capabilities and creating individual programs that work for you. As an example, he'd learn your strengths and weaknesses and he'd build on top of that. Every week I'd be excited when he'd push me to hit new PR's. So yes, he really is the real deal, a walking encyclopedia; because it's not just weight training and conditioning, you'll learn about counting macros and flexible dieting, anything nutrition-based. So I not only have a trainer, I have a teacher. He will even assist you in finding proper shoes that will be beneficial to your workout (lower body exercises). What I feel that was most important to me, was that you can tell that he genuinely cares for each and every client. I never felt detached with our communication and we always understood each other's feedback. He also was always flexible around his hectic busy schedule just to fit in with my work schedule, along with all of his other clients! Even on your scheduled days off, he will check up on you to see how you're feeling from the previous day's work out; that's how you know he really does care and he does want you to succeed in reaching your goals. I've met a few long term clients of his and I am just amazed at their progress. Combining my witness to his clients and his positive reinforcement on me just has me readily eager to be a next success story. Another perk, especially for the ladies, if you're looking to get a nice firm butt, look no further. He is THE booty master. I started my lifestyle change with Adam towards the end of this past January and I've started to see some physical results in myself after the first month. By the third month in April, my entire body started to undergo change and my strength has up'd considerably. I even feel marginally healthier with a greater balanced metabolism already. This has boosted my confidence and self-esteem to a point where I can't imagine myself not continuing my journey in fitness. I'm ecstatic to see what my 1 year progress report would be like, because at this point I'm already saying goodbye to my weakly skeletal physique and ready to look and feel good for EDC next month!  If you are fed up with your current lifestyle and ready for a positive change in your life, Adam is your best candidate. I'm the type of person who needs that extra push to get to the gym. I have the motivation but honestly I'm lazy. My end goal is not to lose weight or become a body builder. I'm simply trying to live a healthier life and feel better overall. That's why I needed a personal trainer. Adam is a great personal trainer and works with your long term goals. He is very flexible and will work with your schedule. 1 session is roughly 1 hour. He usually takes up to 3 clients per time slot, but even if he's fully booked, he does manage to give you the needed attention. Sometimes you might get lucky and get a 1-on-1 session with him. During the session, he walks around from client to client to make sure you are properly doing your exercises. Every now and then he'll come by and surprise you with an additional 5 lbs. present!! He knows how to make you miserable, but thats what motives you to work even harder. Overall, since beginning my training with Adam, I've toned my muscle and gained much endurance. I can't say I've lost a lot of weight but I do feel that I've slimmed down a bit. I can't compare Adam to any other personal trainers since I don't have experience with anyone else, but I can say that all his other clients love him! He takes great care of his clients. I can tell he love his job and he takes it very seriously. In my book, he's a top notch personal trainer! More...

Long ago, I used to train with Adam when he had first started up his business. I always had difficulty gaining weight and had numerous self-inflicted injuries due to improper form and lack of knowledge. However, working with him was a blessing. He guided me through the proper path,working around my injuries so as not to cause anymore pain/stress while helping me gain at least 15 lbs of lean mass. Always hitting PR's and constantly getting stronger (and looking good at the beach) was addicting LOL. He was the person I always had to thank for that. Of course I went without him because he always made me look bad. Although my sporadic work schedule hasn't permitted me to train with him, he still assists me with any concerns or questions that I may have. I'm looking forward to the day when I get train with this amazing trainer again and hope to get as strong as his current clients!P.S. a warning when you actually get to  workout with the man, he loves his chalk. I felt like I was turning into a ghost every time we lifted haha More...
