It has been a journey - Remodeling. Dealing with the county and weather time lines for Perc test. Than I changed my mind and switched project over to the bathroom. The shift in projects was accepted without a hitch with AES. Glad I did. I had no idea how my small bathroom could be as nice. The bathroom is beautiful. Our Randallstown home was built in 1955. We bought the property with its original 64-year-old interior decor in 2000. Several years later, various first floor areas were in need of some serious work! Last year, we were able to hire AES Builder & Home Improvement to undertake remodeling the master bathroom and bedroom, kitchen, living room and laundry room. Ours was primarily a tear down and gut to the studs project. The AES contractors and subcontractors all did excellent work. The AES designer--who showed us computer generated drawings of our remodel spaces months before the heavy tear down equipment was onsite-- worked closely with us and showed us ways to actually build out new space on the property to increase our square footage.Tim Munson was/is a hands on owner and he spent a good deal of time with us. A man of serious faith, character and integrity, he was fully engaged in our project, even as he was involved in various stages of other large and small commercial and residential projects across the region. We never had a hard time reaching him. He promptly responded to all communications and addressed any of our concerns. AES completed work last September and we LOVE the results: contemporarily remodeled rooms, lots of windows and more physical space backed up by a five year labor warranty!! So pleased are we with Tim and AES that we've recently hired his company to do some sorely needed exterior reconstruction to upgrade/replace a few structural features that date back to 1955. More...

My husband and I are very pleased with our basement remodel. We lived in our house for over 10 years and had planned to do some upgrades in the future. Little did we know the fu8came sooner than we anticipated due to our 60 gallon water tank springing a leak in our living room down to the basement. AES was fantastic at every step along the way. This was my first significant renovation project, and it was a major one. My wife and I interviewed companies with trepidation. We were blown away by the initial time and care provided by AES (particularly Kevin), which convinced us to work with AES. As the process unfolded, my wife and I realized we were under-prepared for the enormity of the project, but AES was patient with us and helped us make decisions that were right for us and our budget. Shawna went above and beyond in this regard. On-site AES was incredibly professional. Brian took lead and was fantastic. He managed not only the project, but also my expectations, going the extra mile to make sure I understood the process thus reducing my (not insignificant) stress. Our representative was professional and knowledgable about our projects we wanted to have done. We received three estimates and AES was not the cheapest but not the most expensive either.
If my wife had not fallen ill we would have moved forward with AES for the projects. We look forward to having them complete our projects after my wife is feeling better. A+ company that I would recommend to anybody.
Update: Work was completed with AES builders. The project was very smoothly and the finishing work is top notch. I am very happy with my decision to use AES Builders.
