Initially it seemed that the aerial was the issue but further testing showed deeper faults and the both of them explored various avenues and left no stone unturned. Paul is a fantastic Tradesman. He is an excellent communicator keeping in touch and working around my commitments as well as his own. He is very knowledgeable and even offered advice on other technical equipment. The 30+ year old aerial needed replacing. I hadn't realised that the cable had deteriorated and water was seeping in until Paul showed me. The work was carried out to a high standard and the area left clean and tidy. Paul came round the same day I rang to have a look how to fit an amateur radio antenna and also put in some external coax runs, very professional and friendly. Paul is extremely nice gentleman. When I called him late evening regarding my TV wall mounting, he responded so pleasantly and agreed to come down on a specific day. He turned up as he promised along with his colleague and completed outstandingly the TV wall mounting.
