Alison has offered a warm and safe environment, allowing a space to be honest and open. She listens intently and every time I am met with empathy and understanding. She has taught me skills I can take away with me and provided invaluable support. She is filled with genuine care and authentic compassion, yet her empowering nature has made me feel comfortable to work through complex trauma whilst challenging me to find myself in the process.
