I met William when working at a client's property. There was a bed bug problem, and it was significant. William was able to help remedy the situation even though the client had difficult requirements regarding keeping items in the apartment and was unwilling to discard infested furniture. We were happy William was able to meet the client's requirements and save furniture that had sentimental value to the client.I later dealt with William and Heidi when a rodent issue in a client apartment needed to be remedied. William and Heidi we're very helpful in determining how best to approach the situation considering the property was part of a multi-unit building. We are currently working with them on the rodent issue and hope it will be resolved soon.Working with William and Heidi is a pleasure. I found that I had bed bugs, brought in by a dog sitter. I called the company on a Sunday, left a message and they were out on Monday with the dogs. I believe that they came out the following Thursday, treated the house, put on my bed bug mattress covers and a month later, we are bed bug free. William and Heidi were professional, friendly and caring. And of course the pups were well behaved and quite sweet. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of their services. We had a widespread bed bug problem in our building and we called Aegis Pest Management for help. First, they brought a bed bug detection dog through to identify each of the units/areas that were affected.
After coming for an inspection, Aegis was upfront with pricing and worked diligently to solve the problem for us.
Once starting treatment, there were a lot of questions from myself and other residents and they always took the time to explain why/what/how the were working to fix the problem and made everyone feel comfortable.
Their attention to detail to fully work the problem stood out from all exterminators that I have used in the past. Other companies have just made me feel like a "number" and that they just wanted to get to the next appointment as quickly as they can. The extra time that Aegis spent keeping me informed made all the difference. I would use Aegis Pest Management for ALL of my pest control needs in the future, no doubt!

What do you love most about your job?
It is a truly gratifying feeling when you are able to help someone dealing with a pest issue that they are unable to fix on their own and give back the piece of mind to their day to day lives. We have worked with clients with a variety of challenges where we have stepped in to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. We will take the extra time to remedy the problem.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had widespread bed bug infestation in my own condo building and the problem was not being completely solved by the current pest control providers. After countless hours of research, I decided to get a bed bug detection canine to help other buildings from it getting as out of hand as our problem did. 7+ years later, thousands of inspections and treatments later - I can truly say I am an expert with bed bugs.
After seeing deficiencies with other providers, I expanded the business into a full pest control company to include general pest (rodents, cockroaches, ants, etc) because I am passionate about solving the problem and making clients happy.

Bed Bug Detection & Remediation
We begin with a canine bed bug inspection of your home to identify any/all affected areas. If necessary, we will devise a treatment plan that will fit the needs of the client. We work the problem through to the end as our goal is to give your piece of mind back.
General Pest Control
Remediation of rats, mice, cockroaches, ants, spiders, and any other unwanted household pests. We do not just leave bait stations and wish you the best. We identify the source of the problem and develop a plan to fix it. All remediation plans are discussed and approved in advance by the resident because there is not always a cookie cutter approach to rid your home of these pests.
