I can't say enough kind words about Catherine Kruppa and her practice as a registered dietitian. I was fortunate to work with her after returning from treatment for a severe eating disorder. Her sensitivity and compassion for my story completely blew me away. Most people in my situation are fearful of RDs, even though that fear is driven by an illness that is illogical. Catherine sees the bigger picture, and she believes in each of her clients. She is never negative, nor does she lose patience. That faith was what anchored me, even when I experienced a small bump in the road. She embraced the opportunity to support me and remind me of why I'm brave, a familiar feeling after every visit with her (which also included a very important hug!).2019 is bringing a new independence for me in my journey, but I wouldn't hesitate to see her again when I need to update my goals or slay a disordered thought. My daughter is a 15 year old runner and soccer player who had been struggling for the last year. Catherine helped my daughter fix not only nutritional issues but helped us identify the underlying causes.
