For all of us in sales who travel, nothing is worse than when your laptop takes a dive... Mine did and a major one. I found Advantec thru yelp and read the review. They were close so I drove by to see if they could help, "a traveler in distress". And YES big time, these guys and gal are GREAT.  They worked around my travel schedule and got me back on the road with a working laptop, saved my whole trip.
