Flawless transaction!! We needed to replace the flat roof on our extension which had started to leak due to wear and tear. Appointment booked for an estimate the same day as we called to book one. Detailed estimate provided with clear explanations of the work required without any sales pressure. Pricing was very competitive and the job was booked in very quickly. Dealings with flat roofs and fascia’s were transparent, no unexpected costs or surprises! Alfie was so polite and professional. The "Poor 2*" rating is for the state of the toilets ( men's AND Disabled )...The men's toilets are always seemingly out of use whenever I pass through on the way to Sheerness on Sea and the disabled toilets yesterday were full to overflowing and unable to flush. ..The good news is the information services on the platform and High Speed service to St Pancras is 1st class...Seating on the platform is adequate and generally clean,but the toilets are a disgrace. Rather average station with fast services to Dover, Ramsgate and London as well as services towards Sheerness. The station has a car park, taxi rank and a ticket office near some ticket barriers and is decent in appearance if you ask me. Lifts are also provided here but don't expect the services here to be adequate in the rush hours. More...
