Chris King was our DJ. He was very friendly and flexible and was able to read our crowd/guests very well and kept the energy going all evening!
He is very casual and lets you get specific about what you do and do not want. He even helped us by having several games (people loved them) and kept us on schedule even when we had no idea what time it was!

We had an odd arrangement with our music where we had a string quartet for the wedding and dinner and then Chris did the DJ'ing for us after dinner. He came in and set up his equipment early and didn't mind hanging around until it was his time to work. He listened to our requests for the music type we liked and took guest requests as well. Chris is an AMAZING DJ! Before the wedding he did a great job talking me (the bride) through the details of the reception. He had a plan and knew exactly what to do to get people on the dance floor and dancing. His plan worked! Everybody was dancing the whole night! The transitions between his songs were well done. The dance floor never emptied. We asked Chris to MC the garter toss and he did a great job with that as well. We hired Chris to be our DJ and emcee for our reception and he did a fantastic job ! We were really stressed and worried because we did not have much time to plan but Chris was really reassuring and encouraging and calmed us down.
He kept saying everything would be okay and it was.
He worked with us and he was very professional, prompt, caring, and fun with a great sense of humor. He will work with your needs and do a great job.
Weddings have enough stress and worry. If you hire Chris, the last thing you will need to worry about will be your DJ.
