Eric was cordial, friendly, knowledgeable, clean, and professional. I was very comfortable having him in my home. Having no experience with chimney cleaning, I was afraid that it may be a very messy ordeal. Eric (owner) was exceptional with his professionalism and was diligent in assessing and fixing an array of poor workmanship from others that created significant safety issues for my family. I can't express how very impressed I am with this local family business. Shelby (owner/wife) was equally exceptional in finding time for us with their booked schedule and was so pleasant to work with. I am so glad I hired Advanced Chimney & Dryer to inspect and clean my dryer vent and chimney. Wow! Eric came by our house and cleaned our dryer vent earlier today, and let me just say, wow. Thank you so much!!!! A whole load of towels that used to take me hours to dry are now dry in under an hour. He was clean with his work, friendly and professional around me and my dog (she can be picky with the people that she allows in the house), and even moved the appliances a bit to function more efficiently. If you need your chimney cleaned or your dryer vent cleaned, call Eric Crankshaw! He is great! I had an appointment with him for 9 AM this morning. He showed up on time and was very professional while he was here. My appointment was to have my chimney and dryer vent cleaned. Eric inspected my chimney and told me that it does not have to be clean at this time! Wow! What an honest guy! My dryer vent wasn't as bad as I thought it was. It was at the beginning stages of needing to be cleaned so I had him clean it while he was here. He even cleaned behind my washer and dryer for me! And, he took all the mess from the cleaning with him! Great service, great guy, professional and great prices! Remember people, Keep your dryer vent and fireplace/chimney cleaned! If you failed to do so, your dryer and or house can catch fire and it WILL cost you so much more in the end! Thank you so much Eric! Outstanding work!
