My daughter introduced me to Jon last year wanting me to be healthier for my grandchildren. Jon & I met for our a chat September 16.
I was overweight, diabetic had blood pressure issues and a dodgy knee. The hardest part is making the first move but Jon made me feel at ease immediately.
The first few sessions were hard and I struggled but as the weight started to drop I found I was enjoying myself and changing my whole lifestyle.
Jon advised me on a healthy eating plan giving me various food choices.
The exercise became fun and plenty of laughter each session is different, never sure what to expect next!!!
Jon has helped me to achieve many things I never dreamt of, his patience, encouragement, motivation and support is second to none.
Now nearly 4 stone lighter I feel a different person with a much healthier lifestyle, all down to this man, thank you Jon.

I would love to say I hated it as I was exhausted after our session today but in fact it proved to me just how much more my body can do in a day. A few hours have gone by and I am feeling much better and ready for more! (Just kidding Jon)

Working with someone like Jon is so refreshing it was my first session and he was able to push me to my limit without me breaking! Compared to my self training sessions last year at a gym I feel today had as much benefit as a weeks "solo" effort.

The machines are far superior to anything I have used at a gym. My old favourite the Cross Trainer equivalent actually worked a greater range of my body and it was only in "warm up" mode.

My husband and I have been going to Jon for almost 6 months. We initially went as my husbands blood pressure and cholesterol were too high, we were both feeling sluggish and unhealthy and were not happy about him having to take medication to try and control things.
We decided that exercise and diet could be the next step to changing things. Even though our diets were ok there was definitely room for improvement but with 3 teenage children it was proving problematic to change.
Jon has really helped by suggesting fantastic food plans including both healthy meals and snacks, which we have started to fit in with both our busy lifestyles and our family.
Our sessions with Jon were very hard to begin with, but whilst he still pushes us to our limits at times, we always have fun and come away feeling as though we have achieved so much. The sessions are always different, its great to turn up as you never know what he has planned! We would never have got to where we are now without the support, patience and encouragement from Jon.
He will lead you to were you need to be - it's up to you to make the leap. Do it! You won't regret it.
