Friendly but did not get the look I wanted. Ended up wiping off most of it before my shoot because it looked so bad on camera and was rejected as the look was too much for what I was suppose to have. Not worth the amount I paid.

I'm not sure about the service since I wasn't able to get into my booked appointment as the provider doesn't work on the day I booked, despite their booking app giving that day and time as an option, and confirming several times via email. I'm giving them one extra star because they did try to contact me over the phone to let me know after I had booked and received a confirmation email, I just couldn't pick up as I was working. I'd recommend calling them and not booking online since their schedule there doesn't seem accurate. More...

I visited Adoniaa Beauty today for the Adoniaa Facials. The entire experience was remarkable, from start to finish. Sonia was so great and highly skilled. The owner is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I don't know if she was just having a bad day but she was very unprofessional and ruined my day. I hope no one else goes through the same experience as I did. I will never go there again nor will I recommend this place to anyone. I wish I could give this a 0 star. In regards to your response, this review was written by a family member on my account as I was helping to show her how to post a review. It's unfair to assume that I am going around bullying businesses as you can see I've only ever written one other review. I was pretty disappointed overall. I came on time for my appointment however I didn't see anyone until at least 30 minutes after my time. It seemed as though my time wasn't as valuable as the person having the photo shoot done. When the esthetician showed up it was not the person I booked with. However the gal that looked after me was very pleasant. Unfortunately, I also had a bad reaction to the lash tint or the lash lift solution so that didn't help either with the overall experience. I had a lash lift and tint - the technician was so so gentle and professional - while my lift was processing, I received an arm and hand massage, which I thought was really a nice and unexpected extra touch, that made the service that much more relaxing! Working so close to your eyes can be somewhat nerve wracking but really the whole process was so gentle and soothing. I almost fell asleep! The energy of the studio was so lovely. I will be back.
