First class customer service and excellent repair workI decided it was time to get the nasty dent on my car repaired so was looking online for a local body repair shop in my area. I called a few places but all of them went to voicemail when I called up so it was a pleasant surprise when I called ADL Crash Repairs and got a friendly and helpful voice at the other end of the phone.After sending some photos of the damaged area on my car I managed to get booked in very quickly. Apart from my initial call all the arrangements were done via email which was very easy. The whole experience and the response time back that I received to my questions raised was very good indeed. I found the whole process very efficient and I felt the level of service I received was quite frankly second to none. As for the actual work done on the car itself again utterly brilliant. My car is 17 years old and to some extent rather sentimental so I was concerned that matching the paintwork after the repair work had been carried out may have been a problem but not at all. The finished result is amazing and it looks like the dent was never there.If you need to get any bodywork repairs done to your vehicle then don't waste time shopping around just call ADL Crash Repairs. I have visited ADL Crash Repairs a few times now with different cars and I can honestly say, I have never had such a professional and stress free experience before, when is has come to repairing my cars. From the first moment of contacting them I was met with a team who very easy to speak to, took on everything from the beginning. I received a courtesy car lining up exactly for when they collected my car which meant I was never inconvenienced. Upon dropping my car off, I was also presented with a surprise in lovely valet without me having asked for it.By far the best service I have ever received and goes without saying, ADL went above and beyond my expectations and will be the only company I use when I have issues with my cars!!! I came to ADL Crash repairs to fix my Audi A6, as I had an accident which resulted in my car which I was unable to drive properly as the steering was affected by the collision. Jay was most helpful and extremely courteous, and immediately provided me with a courtesy vehicle without any fuss or hassle. My car was fixed within 5 days and it was delivered back to me which was so convenient and the car was valeted without me asking which was a double plus!!!!! This is the best service I've had in a long time in regards to garages, very honest service and extremely helpful. What inspired you to start your own business?
Working for a dealers for so may years and cost of labour that gets charged I thought I would offer the dealer service at non dealer prices and now been in business for over 15 years and hope to carry on for many more

Because I believe we can offer a good honest service at a reasonable price and we are always here should you have any problems our staff undergo training still today despite being out of the dealer network to keep our knowledge up to date within the industry and ADL are Members of the IMI(institute of the motor industry) and known to the AA garage guide
