What do you love most about your job?
I love the variety and complexity offered by the HR function. No two days are ever the same and neither are two companies.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I like the flexibility of working with different business' and people. Also working for myself gives me the ability to travel and take on projects that I want to do as opposed to work I have to do.
