I could not recommend these guys more! I had a very strange pc issue with a system I build, and other shops just turned it away. After an initial visit and having a hopeful fix, it didn't work unfortunately. However after contacting Adept again, they were quick to arrange a collection for my machine and get to work. I was given warning on any costs before purchase, and the whole process was seamless. I can't stress more the sheer pace these guys can work at, and the quality and expert knowledge that just allows you to trust them. Something lacking in this area.I now have a working system and at a fair price. Just want to say thank you to Adept for looking into such a strange issue, and the customer care you provided. They made the impossible possible, was told by many an advanced repair techs that it's best to by a new motherboard. I bought the BGA chip for the MSI gaming laptop from China, took it to Adept, they used the special technique required to give it every chance of success, (the old chip was shattered) did a great job on the soldering, so far so good, always a chance it could go again but it was a gamble that paid off so far.
