Describe your creative process.
First email consultation, if needed - Skype call. Once all the relevant details are passed over. I research the company and design several options (normally for logo, pattern, web based projects - exhibition, 2 options) These are preliminary ideas to get the client to understand the direction it can go in. Once a direction has been discussed it is then back to the drawing board to finalise the design(s). Further details are the discussed if changes need to be made before being made live.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Depending on type of project. Different information will required. General scope of direction - if possible inspiration images the client had collected themselves
