I have trained with Ben for at least ten years. He is absolutely the best trainer. He not only helped this almost 70 year old to lose weight and get stronger, but helped me thru two knee replacements and several ankle surgeries! He worked with me before and after the surgeries and I know I never would have had the excellent results without him! My Dr. was very impressed with my results and said so much of it was due to the training I had with Ben! He truly cares about his clients! More...

My daughter incurred a major injury to her leg 2 years ago, and she has come further in a few months with Ben then she ever had with regular physical therapy. He is thorough, knowledgeable and so dedicated to his clients!!! We are so grateful to him!! More...

I have tried numerous trainers and never found the right fit,..until Ben! I was post spinal fusion, out of condition, and very nervous to start strength training. Ben was patient and careful with just enough "push" to keep me moving forward. It's been over a year now since I started. I haven't hurt myself, I'm getting stronger, and look forward to working out with him every time. Can't say enough good things about him! Thank you, Kelli Bethel, for referring me! More...

I couldn’t recommend a better person than Ben to meet any fitness goals. He has introduced me to the Kaatsu blood flow restriction unit with our training. Not only does he have ample knowledge regarding Kaatsu and how to incorporate it with training, but he has a background which includes injury and exercise. I would highly recommend Ben to anyone looking to meet their fitness goals especially with the Kaatsu unit. Incorporating the Kaatsu unit into my training with Ben has shown effective results and has allowed us to advance our training with mostly body weight exercises. More...
