so I had my first PT experience with Adam this summer and really enjoyed the challenges he set out for me each week. I booked a set of ten classes and really saw my progress week after week. Adam motivates and encourages you a lot he never let's you give up! He is very helpful with giving you tips with your diet etc. He is also great at changing it up week to week so it doesn't get boring and adjusting exercises if my back is playing up. Would highly recommend him. More...

Adam has been training me for a while now. Not only is he a fantastic personal trainer but he is also a really friendly and approachable guy. I really enjoy our sessions together. He has helped me lose weight and tone up and has helped me with my diet massively. I work out at least 5 times a week but felt muscles I didn't know I had after boot camp sessions with Adam! There were plenty of alternatives for varying degrees of injury and fitness, whilst still pushing yourself. It's clear Adam knows his stuff both in terms of diet and exercise, and gives useful pointers to ensure posture is correct. Fantastic personal trainer. Adam is a no nonsense trainer and doesn't let you give up - he motivates you to push that little bit harder which feels amazing after each session.
There is always a wide variety of exercises so that no two sessions are ever the same.
Sessions with Adam are fun, gruelling and very worthwhile. Highly recommend!

Since Adam has been training me I have managed to tone up and drop 2 dress sizes!! I'm so grateful that he has helped me achieve my goals and would without doubt recommend Adam to anyone looking to lose weight and tone up.
Adam makes every Training session different which helps maintain my interest and this variety in my workout has made working out something which I actually look forward to! I'd never had believed that I would say that I look forward to exercising but I do!

I have trained with Adam a couple of times now and it is always a great workout that is intensely hard work but you definitely feel the benefit afterwards! Adam makes sure there is always a good range of exercises and the sessions aren't boring. His unique way of training means no two sessions are the same and you can really feel and see yourself getting fitter.
