I cant thank Adam enough for his support and encouragement over the past 6 months. Yesterday I completed my first ever 5k Mud run which considering I never ran for a bus was pretty phenomenal. Adam has what i feel is quite a unique approach he is somewhat the fitness equivalent of a a horse whisperer. I remember telling him that I didn't do running then without prompting found myself on the seafront one morning doing just that. I have always struggled with my weight and found gyms and exercise terrifying, however through his support and encouragement I not only exercise regularly but look-forward to it and enjoy it. There have been times when things haven't gone so well and his ability to listen understand and guide has been truly amazing and very much appreciated and of course his sense of humour. Be careful of the twitch in the eye and the sentence that begins just do there is always a surprise in store. I would put here how much weight I have lost but I cant remember and that is the thing I am most grateful for I no longer obsess about the scales (I binned them) Adam made me see that it is about health not just weight and lifelong changes for the first time in my life I feel totally in control of my weight but in addition I am more confident sleep better and am less stressed. There is only one reason not to book a session and that is if you don't want to change. More...

I started personal training with Adam on the 24 th December. A rather strange date, one might think, but I thought I'd start my New Year Resolution early to get fit and keep fit. I have completed 13 PT seasons now. I joined Adam's beginners Running club in late January and have completed a 10 k run in 1 hour and 18 mins in April. I have always enjoyed swimming and more recently Pilates as a result of having a great motivator. Adam is hugely supportive and an expert trainer who has encouraged me to enjoy my training without pressure. I have extended my interests to balance different types of fitness that focuses on toning, strength and keeping active. Adam is a marvelous coach who can plan a personalized programme that will eventually have you running marathons. It's great fun, so give it a go. Jackie More...

Started working with Adam in September '17. By Dec '17 I had lost half a stone. Adam is super easy to get on with. Always in a good mood and always trying to push you to reach your goals. I particularly enjoyed the short term goals. Trying to lose 1-2 stone can seem like a mountain, but with Adam it was "lets lose 1-2lbs a week and celebrate the small wins". This way the big goals take care of themselves. No extra work, just a different mindset.

I highly recommend Adam. Especially for beginners and those shy of the gym because he's so easy to get on with and promotes safety and injury prevention rather than pushing too much too soon.
